Daca nu avem grija de el, incepe sa se deterioreze si sa aiba nevoie de o renovare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vasele noastre de sange sunt mici conducte care transporta sangele tuturor organelor din corp, acestea sunt foarte importante deoarece furnizeaza sangele catre toate organele, de la varful degetelor mainii pana la cele ale picioarelor.\u00a0Totul merge ca la carte atat timp cat sangele care transporta oxigen si alti nutrienti pot sa treaca prin vasele sangvine.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"td_quote_box td_box_center\"><p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Stiai sau senilitate.<\/li>\n<li>Daca sunt afectate arterele renale, tensiunea arteriala incepe sa creasca si riscul aparitiei bolilor la nivelul rinichilor este mult mai mare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dupa cum ti-ai dat seama, cel mai mic blocaj la nivelul vaselor de sange poate conduce la aparitia problemelor grave de sanatate. Ingustarea si pierderea elasticitatii vaselor de sange este cauza multor boli cronice care afecteaza populatia la nivel mondial.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Ce inseamna toate aceste aspecte?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Daca intelegem ca obstructionarea sau pierderea elasticitatii si ingustarea vaselor sangvine conduc la aparitia bolilor si ca mentinerea integritatii acestora este esentiala pentru sanatate, tragem concluzia ca este important sa luam masuri pentru a preveni blocarea lor.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Cum putem face acest lucru?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cea mai buna modalitate este prin intermediul alegerilor pe care le faci cu privire la stilul de viata. Iar daca deja ai un blocaj la nivelul vaselor, vestea buna este ca poti inlatura majoritatea acestor blocaje tot prin adaptarea stilul tau de viata la unul mai sanatos.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"alegeri-cu-privire-la-stilul-tau-de-viata\"><\/span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-10044\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/rawpixel-780498-unsplash-2-1-577x486.jpg\" alt=\"legume-fructe-cos\" width=\"577\" height=\"486\" \/>Alegeri cu privire la stilul tau de viata<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Northwestern Medicine a efectuat doua studii majore privind impactul stilului de viata asupra sanatatii cardiovasculare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Unul dintre ele a scos in evidenta faptul ca majoritatea adultilor tineri care au un stil de viata sanatos au un risc mai mic de a dezvolta boli cardiovasculare la varsta mijlocie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Celalalt studiu a demonstrat faptul ca sanatatea sistemului cardiovascular este mentinuta in primul rand printr-un stil de viata sanatos, in acest context ereditatea putand fi major influentata.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"cele-mai-importante-alegeri-pe-care-trebuie-sa-le-iei-pentru-a-scapa-de-toate-aceste-riscuri\"><\/span>Cele mai importante alegeri pe care trebuie sa le iei pentru a scapa de toate aceste riscuri:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Renunta la fumat<\/li>\n<li>Consuma alcool in cantitati reduse<\/li>\n<li>Mentine o greutate normala a corpului<\/li>\n<li>Fa zilnic exercitii fizice<\/li>\n<li>Adopta o alimentatie sanatoasa<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ce-poti-face-pentru-un-stil-alimentar-sanatos\"><\/span>Ce poti face pentru un stil alimentar sanatos?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ceea\u00a0ce mancam este singura alegere personala care influenteaza, mai mult decat oricare alta, starea nostra de sanatate pe termen lung.\u00a0Asa ca trebuie sa incercam sa consumam mai multe alimente de natura vegetala decat animala. Daca tatal sau bunicul au suferit de vreo boala de inima, atunci si urmasii lor sunt susceptibili de a avea aceeasi afectiune. Daca exista un caz de diabet in familie, atunci si urmasii au un risc mai mare de a dezvolta un tip de diabet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Insa oare cate dintre aceste boli au fost transmise pe cale ereditara si cate prin transmiterea aceluiasi stil de viata?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In prezent se stie ca aceste boli sunt asociate cu un stil de viata nepotrivit.<br \/>\nCa orice parinte iubitor, vrem sa ii oferim copilului nostru ce este mai bun la inceputul vietii pentru a putea sa se dezvolte sanatos si fericit.
