Mereu ne spunem ca<em> \u201eAcesta va fi anul in care&#8230;\u201d<\/em> vom tine dieta de slabit minune recomandata de vecina sau ne vom lasa de fumat, de exemplu. Pentru a nu fi prinsa si tu in capcana rezolutiilor fara fond, prost puse in practica si nerealiste, trebuie sa te asiguri ca ai un plan de actiune sustenabil, pe care sa il poti executa concret. Asa nu vei ajunge sa rostesti celebrele vorbe <em>\u201eMa apuc de pe intai&#8230;\u201d<\/em> ori<em> \u201ePromit ca de luni renunt la&#8230;\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In lista de mai jos vei regasi sigur una dintre propriile rezolutii pentru 2019. Incearca sa o pui in practica (si nu doar pe ea, lista este lunga), urmand sfaturile noastre. Mananca o data la 2-3 ore, cate putin, inainte de a ti se face foame: daca sari peste mese vei fi mai infometata si vei manca mai mult la final. Mancand putin si des, vei avea energie toata ziua, constant, si nu vei da iama in dulciuri dupa ora 18:00, de exemplu&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In loc sa cauti intr-o frenezie diete de slabire si retete de slabit pe internet, in loc sa te infometezi tinand o cura de slabire rapida, mai bine transforma dieta de slabit intr-un stil de viata sanatos, incepand cu pasii concreti de mai jos.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-10498 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/regim-alimentar-sanatos-729x486.jpg\" alt=\"regim alimentar sanatos\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/regim-alimentar-sanatos-729x486.jpg 729w, https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/regim-alimentar-sanatos-324x216.jpg 324w, https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/regim-alimentar-sanatos-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/regim-alimentar-sanatos.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mananca cel putin un fel de mancare vegetal pe zi \u2013 asa te asiguri ca incluzi legumele in alimentatie si consumi <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/fibrele-micile-ajutoare-mari\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fibre<\/a> <\/strong>(deci digestia ta va avea de castigat).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Redu sau elimina consumul de alcool \u2013 incearca sa nu bei deloc sau macar sa bei doar in weekend, mai ales daca de Sarbatori ai cam exagerat, pentru a-ti ajuta inima pe termen lung.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Inlocuieste in fiecare zi desertul cu un fruct \u2013 daca ti-e mereu pofta de ceva dulce, nu vei putea sa renunti la zahar asa usor, prin urmare alege astazi un mar in locul unui baton de ciocolata, maine o banana in locul biscuitilor preferati si poimaine jumatate de ananas in loc de praline; asa vei ajunge treptat sa ai un regim alimentar sanatos.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"foloseste-crema-de-protectie-solara-zilnic-da-si-iarna\"><\/span>Foloseste crema de protectie solara zilnic (da, si iarna)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Soarele si Vitamina D fac casa buna impreuna, dar ce-i prea mult strica. In lunile reci, protejeaza-ti pielea folosind zilnic o crema cu factor de protectie solara, pe fata si gat. In cele calde, acopera toate zonele expuse la soare. Asa vei tine la distanta cancerul de piele si ridurile.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"fa-sport-si-miscare\"><\/span>Fa sport si miscare<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-10499 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/sport-734x486.jpg\" alt=\"sport\" width=\"640\" height=\"424\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/sport-734x486.jpg 734w, https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/sport-324x214.jpg 324w, https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/sport-768x508.jpg 768w, https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/sport.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>In loc sa te minti ca vei merge la sala de sport de pe intai ale lunii, de trei ori pe saptamana, mai bine transforma dorinta de a face sport in mai multi pasi facuti zilnic (nu mai lua liftul, urca scarile de fiecare data cand se poate; nu mai lua masina, plimba-te pe jos pana la piata; incearca sa adaugi 1.000 de pasi in plus in fiecare zi \u2013 ii poti monitoriza pe aplicatii mobile) si in exercitii pentru slabit, pe care le poti face saptamanal:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">pentru o mobilitate crescuta, dimineata, dupa trezire, fa cat de des poti cate 3 minute de rotatii articulare ale gatului, picioarelor (din sold, stand in patru labe) si gleznelor (din picioare sau asezata)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">de 2-3 ori\/saptamana, fa exercitii pentru abdomen, incercand planking-ul \u2013 asaza-te pe burta, pe un covor, sprijina-te in antebrate si tine-ti corpul in linie dreapta 60 de secunde, inspirand si expirand (e mai greu decat crezi); asa iti tonifici o multime de muschi, iti intaresti coloana, iti ajuti metabolismul si postura, iti dezvolti flexibilitatea<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">planifica saptamanal ce exercitii de slabire sau intretinere vei face \u2013 fie ca mergi la sala, cu bicicleta in parc, cu rolele, la alergat (singura ori alaturi de catel) sau la sala de sport (pentru banda de alergat); iti va fi mai usor sa te tii de ele, decat daca le-ai planifica lunar si \u2013 fiind variate \u2013 nu vei intra intr-o rutina in privinta sportului<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote class=\"td_quote_box td_box_center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Descopera care sunt cele <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/10-motive-ca-sa-alegi-un-stil-de-viata-mai-activ\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">10 motive<\/a><\/span> sanatoase pentru care trebuie sa ai o viata activa!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"bea-destula-apa\"><\/span>Bea destula apa<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aproximativ 60% din greutatea noastra corporala este apa, iar hidratarea este mama sanatatii. Apa ajuta corpul sa isi indeplineasca toate functiile vitale, usureaza digestia (de la enzimele din saliva, la digerarea fibrelor solubile), iti protejeaza tesuturile, incheieturile, creierul si maduva spinarii (pastrandu-le umede), iti ajuta corpul sa elimine deseurile (este un partener de nadejde pentru rinichii si intestinele tale) si tine deshidratarea la distanta. Consuma 8 pahare de apa pe zi.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"programeaza-te-periodic-la-medic\"><\/span>Programeaza-te periodic la medic<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fa-ti analizele de baza o data\/an, mergi la dentist o data la 6 luni, pentru un control. Preventia este cuvantul-cheie aici si este bine sa ai o privire de ansamblu asupra propriei sanatati, pentru a sti la ce trebuie sa lucrezi.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"dormi-cel-putin-7-ore-pe-noapte\"><\/span>Dormi cel putin 7 ore pe noapte<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-10500 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/somn-odinitor-728x486.jpg\" alt=\"somn odinitor\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" \/>Tine insomniile la distanta si pe Mos Ene aproape, avand un somn odihnitor in fiecare seara. Odihna este importanta pentru sanatate: cantitatea si calitatea somnului dau tonul zilei care urmeaza, somnul tine la distanta anxietatea si problemele cognitive, dar si kilogramele in plus (cand suntem obositi, hormonii care controleaza apetitul sunt dati peste cap, ne este foame permanent si poftim la dulciuri sau mancaruri sarate si grase).<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"pastreaza-ti-echilibrul-printr-o-pasiune\"><\/span>Pastreaza-ti echilibrul printr-o pasiune<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Canalizeaza-ti stresul in ceva pozitiv, pentru a-ti pastra si sanatatea mintii: sport, crosetat, gatit, citit, timp petrecut alaturi de animalul de companie sau prieteni, o baie cu spuma in fiecare saptamana, o sesiune de shopping sau un masaj o data pe luna.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alege sa fii sanatos!<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pe langa mesaje de Anul Nou si superstitii legate de pragul dintre ani, 2019 vine si cu o serie de rezolutii legate de sanatate, pentru fiecare dintre noi.
