Lumina si caldura soarelui sunt esentiale pentru viata: fara soare, planeta noastra nu ar fi altceva decat o uriasa minge de gheata si piatra. Soarele determina tipul de climat, ofera energie plantelor si animalelor, transforma vara in anotimpul preferat al pasionatilor de mare, nisip sau piscina si iti poate incalzi inima intr-o zi vantoasa de toamna.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Razele solare ne sunt benefice atat pe plan fizic, cat si emotional, dar prea mult sau prea putin soare poate avea un impact negativ asupra noastra, deci este vital sa intelegem care este cantitatea potrivita pentru a ramane sanatosi. Soarele are un efect similar sportului.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nu te gandi ca poti inlocui miscarea din fiecare zi cu statul langa piscina, la soare :), dar e bine de stiut ca in zilele insorite ne creste continutul de oxigen din sange, organismul avand o capacitate crescuta de a-l livra tesuturilor, in mod similar cu ce se intampla in timpul unei sedinte de cardio. Reversul medaliei este brutal: radiatiile ultraviolete in exces imbatranesc pielea, prin distrugerea colagenului (manifestata prin uscare si pierderea elasticitatii, riduri si pete).<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3-soarele-iti-creste-durata-de-viata-si-fertilitatea\"><\/span>3. Soarele te ajuta sa dormi mai bine.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oamenii sunt fiinte diurne, deci iesi in fiecare zimineata afara, in soare, cel putin o ora, pentru a-ti regla productia de melatonina, hormonul care normalizeaza ritmul circadian (ceasul biologic intern, care influenteaza activitatea creierului si a hormonilor, schimbarile fizice, mentale si comportamentale pe parcursul a 24 de ore). Soarele te ajuta sa lupti cu depresia.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In lunile lungi de iarna sau cand toamna tine cerul permanent innorat si nu zaresti soarele, se instaleaza astenia, o tulburare afectiva de sezon cauzata de schimbarile de anotimp. Asta pentru ca expunerea la lumina naturala incurajeaza eliberarea de serotonina (\u201ehormonul fericirii\u201d): atunci cand razele de soare patrund in ochi si ajung la retina, trimit semnale anumitor zone speciale ale acesteia, declansand cresterea nivelului serotoninei. Existent in cantitati optime in organism, acest hormon te relaxeaza, iti da o stare de spirit buna, te ajuta sa fii mai calma si mai concentrata; daca are un nivel scazut, iti reduce functia imunitara si iti provoaca depresie.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"6-soarele-te-ajuta-sa-lupti-cu-bolile-osoase-bolile-de-inima-si-cancerul-prin-productia-de-vitamina-d\"><\/span>6. Soarele te ajuta sa lupti cu bolile osoase, bolile de inima si cancerul (prin productia de Vitamina D).<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vitamina D joaca un rol important in sanatatea organismului: ajuta sistemul imunitar sa lupte cu boli usoare (raceala, gripa) sau grave (tuberculoza, scleroza multipla, diabetul de tip 1, boli autoimune); mentine sanatatea osoasa (promovand absorbtia de calciu si fosfor); te poate proteja de cancer si boli de inima. <a href=\"https:\/\/ods.od.nih.gov\/factsheets\/VitaminD-HealthProfessional\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Doza zilnica recomandata<\/a> (DZR) de Vitamina D este de 10 mcg (400 unitati internationale\/UI) pentru copiii de pana la 1 an, 15 mcg (600 UI) pentru persoanele de pana la 70 de ani si 20 mcg (800 UI) pentru persoanele de peste 70 de ani.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11844 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/vitamina-D-mare-soare.jpg\" alt=\"vitamina D mare soare\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/vitamina-D-mare-soare.jpg 640w, https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/vitamina-D-mare-soare-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In jur de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/20197091\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">50-90%<\/a> din Vitamina D din corp este produsa natural (din colesterol, sub actiunea razelor solare, sub forma de Vitamina D3, cantitatea depinzand de timpul petrecut la soare, latitudinea, hainele purtate, prezenta cremei de protectie si pigmentatia pielii). Restul vine din alimentatie (ulei de cod, somon, ton, sardine, macrou, suc de portocale, cereale, lapte si iaurt fortitificat, oua) si suplimente (de vitaminele D2 sau D3).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Conform unui <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bmj.com\/content\/348\/bmj.g1903\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">studiu<\/a>, Vitamina D obtinuta din alimentatie si prin expunerea la soare este mult mai eficienta decat Vitamina D din multe suplimente \u2013 care, administrate prost, pot avea efecte toxice. Hipervitaminoza\u00a0D (intoxicarea cu Vitamina D) este extrem de rara, dar este posibila si apare in timp (aceasta este o vitamina solubila in grasime, care nu poate fi eliminata din corp, deci se acumuleaza), de cele mai multe ori fiind produsa de prea multe suplimente de vitamine (limita superioara sigura este, conform specialistilor, 4.000 unitati\/zi). Este aproape imposibil sa ai prea multa Vitamina D in corp din alimentatie sau prin expunerea la soare \u2013 cea mai buna sursa de Vitamina D.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11835 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/vitamina-D-soare.jpg\" alt=\"vitamina D soare\" width=\"640\" height=\"428\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/vitamina-D-soare.jpg 640w, https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/vitamina-D-soare-324x217.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Conform <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hsph.harvard.edu\/nutritionsource\/vitamins\/vitamin-d\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Harvard School of Public Health<\/a>, se estimeaza ca la nivel mondial exista 1 miliard de persoane care au deficienta de Vitamina D. Ai sanse mari sa te afli printre ele daca:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">traiesti la nord de linia care leaga San Francisco, Philadelphia, Atena si Beijing (cum este si cazul nostru, al romanilor); radiatiile UVB (la care pielea reactioneaza prin crearea Vitaminei D3) sunt mai puternice aproape de Ecuator si mai slabe la latitudini mai mari, prin urmare primavara, toamna si iarna europenii si americanii nu pot produce aceasta vitamina din surse solare<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">nu iesi sa te plimbi in soare cel putin 15 minute\/zi, cu bratele si picioarele descoperite (daca ai pielea mai inchisa la culoare, te acoperi din cap pana in picioare sau folosesti o crema de protectie solara, timpul trebuie sa fie mai lung)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">esti o persoana supraponderala\/obeza, in varsta sau de culoare<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11847 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/soare-vitamina-D.jpg\" alt=\"soare vitamina D\" width=\"640\" height=\"422\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/soare-vitamina-D.jpg 640w, https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/soare-vitamina-D-324x214.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>De cat timp petrecut la soare ai nevoie pentru a avea un nivel sanatos de Vitamina D? 30 de minute in soare, purtand un costum de baie, inseamna (conform unui <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC2290997\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">studiu<\/a>) o productie de: 50.000 UI pentru majoritatea persoanelor caucaziene, 20.000-30.000 UI pentru persoanele bronzate si 8.000-10.000 UI pentru persoanele de culoare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pe intelesul tuturor, daca ai pielea deschisa la culoare, doar cateva minute petrecute in soare plin, la amiaza, in costum de baie, fara crema de protectie solara, sunt destule pentru a-ti lua DZR. Daca te-ai bronzat deja sau ai pielea mai inchisa, stai 15-20 de minute la soare. Persoanele de culoare au nevoie de 6 ori mai multa expunere solara decat cele cu pielea foarte deschisa, pentru a produce DRZ.
