In 1981, britanicul R. Edgar Hope-Simpson se intreba daca nu cumva virusul gripal, care face ravagii in lunile reci si dispare in cele calde, este cauzat de un stimul sezonier legat de soare. Peste 25 de ani, un grup de specialisti a identificat acest potential stimul ca fiind Vitamina D, intr-un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/16959053?dopt=Citation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">studiu<\/a>\u00a0de specialitate. Persoanele cu un nivel mai ridicat al Vitaminei D in sange au cu risc cu 6% mai mic de a face scleroza multipla (conform unui <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/17179460\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">studiu<\/a>), boala care apare mai des in tarile din nordul sau sudul mapamondului decat la Ecuator. Un copil din Finlanda are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/16847277?dopt=Citation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">de 400 ori mai multe sanse<\/a> sa aiba acest diabet de tip 1, decat unul din Venezuela, iar un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/11705562?dopt=Citation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">studiu<\/a> de 30 de ani, pe 10.000 de copii finlandezi, a descoperit ca cei care au luat cu regularitate suplimente de Vitamina D dupa nastere au avut cu 90% mai putine sanse de a face diabet de tip 1; intr-o alta <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/18245055?dopt=Citation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cercetare<\/a>, s-a observat ca pacientii care sufera de tuberculoza (tratata inainte de aparitia antibioticelor prin expunerea la soare sau lampi solare) au un nivel mai scazut al Vitaminei D decat personale sanatoase.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Evident, exista un revers al medaliei. Conform unui <a href=\"https:\/\/cjasn.asnjournals.org\/content\/3\/5\/1548.full\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">studiu<\/a>, locuitorii din zonele in care zilele sunt mai scurte sunt mai predispusi unor forme de cancer (de colon, ovarian, pancreativ, de prostata, limfom Hodgkin) decat cei care locuiesc in tari unde acesta straluceste mai multe ore pe zi. Specialistii au descoperit ca intre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/20197091\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">50 si 90%<\/a> din Vitamina D din organism este produsa natural de corpul nostru, cantitatea fiind diferita in functie de timpul petrecut la soare, latitudinea la care ne aflam, hainele purtate, prezenta cremei de protectie solara si pigmentatia pielii fiecaruia dintre noi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11897 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/stat-la-soare-vitamina-D.jpg\" alt=\"stat la soare vitamina D\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/stat-la-soare-vitamina-D.jpg 640w, https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/stat-la-soare-vitamina-D-324x243.jpg 324w, https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/stat-la-soare-vitamina-D-80x60.jpg 80w, https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/stat-la-soare-vitamina-D-265x198.jpg 265w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Statul la soare ramane cea mai buna sursa de Vitamina D (cea luata din alimentatie nu este suficienta, iar suplimentele pot crea hipervitaminoza\/intoxicare), dar <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hsph.harvard.edu\/nutritionsource\/vitamins\/vitamin-d\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Harvard School of Public Health<\/a> estimeaza ca 1 miliard de persoane din intreaga lume au deficienta de Vitamina D. Asta pentru ca, in afara lunilor de vara, daca locuiesti la peste 37 de grade latitudine Nordica\/sudica de Ecuator, razele ultraviolete nu ajung la tine, deci nu produci Vitamina D. Ai sanse mari sa ai prea putina Vitamina D si daca nu iesi la plimbare cel putin 15 minute\/zi in soare plin, cu bratele si picioarele expuse, fara a folosi o crema de protectie solara (aplicata corect, aceasta reduce cu peste <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/14985208?dopt=Citation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">90%<\/a> abilitatea organismului de a absorbi Vitamina D!).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In aceeasi situatie deficitara se afla si persoanele <a href=\"https:\/\/www.health.harvard.edu\/staying-healthy\/time-for-more-vitamin-d\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">de peste 65 de ani<\/a> (care produc o patrime din cantitatea de Vitamina D produsa de organismul cuiva de 20 de ani), cele de culoare, supraponderale sau care sufera de boli de ficat\/rinichi. Solutia? Fa-ti stocuri de Vitamina D vara, stand la soare corect (organismul nostru o tine la pastrare si o foloseste in lunile reci).<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"vitamina-d-soarele-o-combinatie-castigatoare-dar-nu-uita-de-spf\"><\/span>Vitamina D + soarele = o combinatie castigatoare, dar nu uita de SPF!<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11899 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/crema-de-protectie-solara-SPF.jpg\" alt=\"crema de protectie solara SPF\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/crema-de-protectie-solara-SPF.jpg 640w, https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/crema-de-protectie-solara-SPF-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Cum poti fi sigura ca te expui suficient la soare? Raspunsul este simplu: moderatia este cheia si crema de protectie solara este prietena ta cea mai buna (alege un produs cu un factor de protectie solara\/SPF ridicat, care te protejeaza si de UVA, si de UVB). Pentru a intelege mai bine de ce trebuie \u2013 pe de o parte \u2013 sa te protejezi cand stai mult la soare si de ce \u2013 pe de alta parte \u2013 specialistii recomanda sa te plimbi in soare cel putin 15 minute\/zi, fara protectie, iti explicam pe scurt cum sta treaba cu radiatiile ultraviolete si productia de Vitamina D3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lumina soarelui este compusa din lumina vizibila (50% din spectrul solar), ultravioleta (5% din spectrul solar \u2013 UVA, UVB si UVC) si infrarosie (45% din spectrul solar). Radiatiile ultraviolete UVA si UVB in exces (UVC sunt blocate de atmosfera si nu ajung la noi) afecteaza ADN-ul celular al pielii, producand mutatii care pot deveni cancer de piele. De aceea este important sa folosesti crema de protectie solara zilnic, indiferent de starea vremii.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11900 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/radiatii-solare-UVA-si-UVB.jpg\" alt=\"radiatii solare UVA si UVB\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/radiatii-solare-UVA-si-UVB.jpg 640w, https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/radiatii-solare-UVA-si-UVB-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>95% dintre aceste ultravioletele care ne ating pielea sunt raze UVA<\/strong>, la care suntem expusi in cantitate mare, de-a lungul vietii:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">sunt mai putin intense decat UVB, dar sunt de 30-50 de ori mai multe<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">pot trece prin nori si sticla; sunt aproape la fel de intense tot anul, in timpul zilei (indiferent daca e soare sau sunt nori afara)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">patrund mai adanc in piele decat UVB (distrugandu-i elasticitatea, producand riduri si cancer de piele)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">ne bronzeaza (bronzul este, practic, incercarea pielii de a preveni afectarea ADN-ului celular)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>5% dintre ultraviolete sunt raze UVB:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">intensitatea lor variaza in functie de geografie, ora din zi si anotimp (in emisfera nordica, sunt mai puternice in perioada aprilie-octombrie, intre orele 10:00 si 16:00)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">nu trec prin sticla<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">sunt reflectate de nisip, apa si zapada<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">produc arsurile solare la nivelul superior al epidermei (contribuind si ele la fotoimbatranire, decolorarea pielii si cancer)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">pielea reactioneaza, prin crearea de Vitamina D3, doar la UVB<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ce-inseamna-expunerea-corecta-la-soare\"><\/span>Ce inseamna expunerea corecta la soare?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11901 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/plaja-mare-bronz.jpg\" alt=\"plaja mare bronz\" width=\"640\" height=\"429\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/plaja-mare-bronz.jpg 640w, https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/plaja-mare-bronz-324x217.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Ai ajuns la mare; cum te bronzezi sanatos? Daca esti interesata doar de a produce DZR de Vitamina D sub actiunea astrului datator de viata, atunci este suficient sa petreci doar 15 minute cu o treime din piele expusa soarelui (zonele mai putin sensibile \u2013 bratele, picioarele, spatele si abdomenul), intre orele 10:00 si 15:00 (cu cat ai pielea mai inchisa la culoare, cu atat absorbi mai greu razele UVB si produci mai putina Vitamina D sub actiunea acestora, prin urmare poti depasi sfertul de ora).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dupa aceea, foloseste o crema de protectie solara cu un SPF de minim 30 (vei absorbi in continuare UVB-urile necesare, dar in cantitate sigura), aplicata corect. Da-te cu crema cu 20 de minute inainte de a iesi din camera (pentru a-si putea face efectul), la fiecare 60-90 de minute de stat la soare si de fiecare data cand te intorci din apa. Acopera-ti tot corpul (inclusiv zonele uitate de multi, ca urechile si partea superioara a talpii picioarelor) cu destula crema de protectie solara: cata incape in \u00bd lingurita pentru fata si gat si cata incape 3 linguri pentru restul corpului (pielea trebuie sa straluceasca uniform dupa aplicare).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11903 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/palarie-de-soare.jpg\" alt=\"palarie de soare\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/palarie-de-soare.jpg 640w, https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/palarie-de-soare-324x182.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Poarta o palarie si nu sta niciodata atat de mult la soare incat sa te arzi, pentru a evita riscul de melanom si alte tipuri de cancer de piele. Monitorizeaza-ti permanent alunitele: orice schimbare a marimii, formei, texturii si culorii acestora trebuie sa te trimita repejor la medicul dermatolog (ca si orice sangerare).<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"s-a-inventat-un-calculator-pentru-bronzul-perfect\"><\/span>S-a inventat un calculator pentru bronzul perfect!<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Unii\u00a0 dintre noi se bronzeaza si dupa o plimbare pe faleza, altii stau in plin soare toata dupa-amiaza si nu se inrosesc deloc.
