Intareste oasele, ajuta la fixarea calciului, osul raspunde la fel ca muschiul, prin antrenare continua, se dezvolta. Arde excesul de energie acumulat, contribuie astfel la mentinerea greutatii ideale, favorizeaza oxigenarea tuturor celulelor organismului, ajuta la controlul hipertensiunii, usureaza odihna, normalizeaza transpiratia si favorizeaza eliminarea toxinelor. Foloseste cafeaua de orz, care iti va asigura un nivel de energie ridicat fara a fura din rezervele organismului.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ce trebuie sa faci sa nu acumulezi kilograme, cand te lasi de fumat ?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Miscare, pentru a creste consumul energetic. Pentru ca alimentele sa fie digerate, absorbite, transportate si stocate sub forma de nutrienti, organismul consuma energie, aceasta poate fi mai mare sau stimulata de stari de stres, cafea, nicotina, in acest fel se explica de ce oprirea fumatului este insotita de cresterea ponderala, pentru ca organismul nu mai consuma atata energie.
