Este punctul central al retelei de comunicare, care trimite si primeste mesaje ce au un efect direct asupra organismului si intregii vieti, atat la nivel constient, cat si la nivel inconstient. Creierul are capacitatea de a se schimba pe parcursul vietii, aceasta caracteristica numindu-se neuroplasticitate (schimbarea cailor neuronale, in functie de anumiti factori \u2013 comportamentul, mediul, gandurile, experienta de viata). Acest lucru inseamna ca nu doar genele sunt cele care dicteaza modul in care ti se dezvolta creierul, ci si stilul de viata si comportamentul. Experientele din copilaria timpurie, de exemplu, pun bazele capacitatii de invatare, starii de sanatate si ratei de succes in viata. In primii ani de viata se formeaza peste 1 milion de legaturi neuronale\/secunda, iar factorii de stres pot intrerupe aceasta dezvoltare neurologica normala.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pentru a-ti mentine creierul in cea mai buna forma, trebuie sa ai grija de el in aceeasi masura in care ai grija de restul corpului tau. De aceea am strans in articolul de fata o serie de sfaturi menite sa te ajute sa iti protejezi creierul si sa il mentii intr-o forma cat mai buna timp indelungat. Cercetarile arata ca atunci cand iti folosesti muschii, iti ajuti si mintea, deoarece miscarea regulata si activitatea fizica:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">ajuta la dezvoltarea retelei de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/vasele-de-sange-drumurile-vietii\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">vase sangvine<\/a> care aduc sange oxigenat in regiunea cerebrala responsabila cu gandirea<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">cresc numarul de celule nervoase noi<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">mentin, intaresc si maresc numarul de conexiuni neuronale (sinapse)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">stimuleaza dezvoltarea hipocampului (zona creierului responsabila de procesele de invatare si memorare)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">imbunatatesc capacitatea de concentrare<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">ajuta la tratarea depresiei si a stresului<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">sunt o modalitate simpla de a preveni aparitia declinului cognitiv<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pentru a-ti ajuta creierul, alege sa ai <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/10-motive-ca-sa-alegi-un-stil-de-viata-mai-activ\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">un stil de viata mai activ<\/a>: incearca sa mergi pe jos 30 de minute in fiecare zi sau sa faci sport la sala\/in parc (alearga, mergi pe banda, foloseste bicicleta, iesi cu animalul de companie la aer, mergi pe jos 1-2 statii de autobuz). Creierul foloseste multa energie (are doar 2% din greutatea totala a corpului, dar consuma 20% din energia necesara zilnic), iar corpul nostru are nevoie de hrana, pentru a o produce; deci un stil alimentar sanatos inseamna si un creier care functioneaza corespunzator. Ceea ce mancam are un impact direct asupra structurii si functionarii creierului si implicit, asupra modului in care ne simtim.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un stil alimentar si de viata nesanatos duc la aparitia declinului mintal, a schimbarilor de stare de spirit si a depresiei: grasimile trans intaresc membranele celulare si incetinesc creierul, zaharul, alcoolul si grasimile in exces il afecteaza (diabetul, bautura si un nivel crescut al colesterolului \u201erau\u201d\/LDL cresc riscul de dementa), fumatul modifica creierul (nicotina da dependenta si creeaza receptori cerebrali adaptati;
