O cura de slabire extrem de restrictiva iti poate provoca probleme de sanatate, iar alte diete la moda nu fac decat sa iti scada muschii si cantitatea de apa din organism, nu grasimea. Deci slabesti, dar nu unde trebuie. Iar in majoritatea cazurilor, curele de slabire au un efect de bumerang: dupa oprirea regimului, pui rapid la loc ce ai dat jos si chiar cateva kilograme in plus!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/cum-sa-slabesti-sanatos\/\">Cele mai eficiente si sanatoase diete de slabit<\/a> sunt cele variate, echilibrate, care includ calorii putine, fara a restrictiona complet anumite grupe de alimente (cu exceptia grasimilor saturate si a zaharului procesat).<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2-nu-esti-atenta-la-caloriile-consumate\"><\/span>2. Foloseste un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthline.com\/nutrition\/how-many-calories-per-day\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">calculator de calorii<\/a> pentru a determina cate trebuie sa consumi pentru a slabi si apoi numara-ti aportul zilnic (exista destule <a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthline.com\/nutrition\/5-best-calorie-counters\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">site-uri si aplicatii<\/a>\u00a0in acest sens), fara a uita de condimente (o lingura de ketchup poate insemna 20 kcal in plus, iar una de maioneza \u2013 90 kcal si 10 g de grasime in plus).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nu uita: chiar si <a href=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/12-alimente-sanatoase-pe-care-merita-sa-le-cumperi-angro-infografic\/\">alimentele sanatoase<\/a> contin calorii. De exemplu, fructele contin multe vitamine si minerale, dar sunt la fel de bogate in carbohidrati si fructoza, iar prea multe nu te vor ajuta deloc sa slabesti. Fii atenta la marimea portiilor consumate: mananca o cantitate de proteine slabe de marimea pumnului tau, una de carbohidrati complecsi de marimea palmei tale si una de legume de marimea a doua palme proprii.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3-nu-consumi-destule-proteine\"><\/span>3. Daca 25-30% din caloriile tale zilnice sunt formate din proteine, iti ajuti metabolismul sa consume mai putine calorii, reduci poftele si dorinta de a rontai ceva (conform unor cercetari din <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/11838888\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2002<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/16002798\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2005<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/19640952\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2009<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/20847729\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2011<\/a> si <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC4258944\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2014<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.biospace.com\/article\/releases\/the-obesity-society-release-study-suggests-the-human-body-cannot-be-trained-to-maintain-a-higher-metabolism-\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Studiile<\/a> arata ca persoanele a caror alimentatie zilnica e compusa 15-25% din proteine stocheaza 45% dintre caloriile in exces sub forma de muschi, in timp ce personale a caror alimentatie contine doar 5% proteine le depoziteaza 95% sub forma de grasime. Asta deoarece proteinele afecteaza hormonii care regleaza apetitul, asigura eliminarea grasimii in exces (nu a muschilor si apei din organism), previn incetinirea metabolismului (efect secundar des intalnit cand vine vobra despre slabit) si reingrasarea ulterioara. O dieta de slabit bogata in fructe si legume, nuci si seminte, cereale integrale, leguminoase si grasimi nesaturate iti imbunatatesc starea de bine, te ajuta sa-ti reglezi pofta de mancare si mentin satietatea mai mult timp, comparativ cu alimentele procesate. Alege alimente fara ingrediente pe eticheta, naturale si bogate in vitamine, minerale si <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/totul-despre-fibre-tipuri-retete-24-de-surse-vegetale-de-fibre-infografic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">fibre<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5-mananci-prea-des\"><\/span>5. Studii (din <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/26024494\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2015<\/a> si <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/26226640\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2016<\/a>) arata ca frecventa meselor are un efect redus sau nu influenteaza deloc arderea grasimilor si slabirea. Dimpotriva, <a href=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/totul-despre-postul-intermitent-6-metode-10-beneficii-pentru-sanatate-faq\/\">postul intermitent<\/a> (in timpul caruia nu se mananca nimic timp de 15-24 de ore) poate fi o metoda eficienta de a scapa de excesul de kilograme.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"6-nu-faci-sport-corect\"><\/span>6. Expertii recomanda adesea 60-90 de minute de sport\/zi, dar daca alegi sa faci exercitii extrem de intense, cifra scade la 30 de minute. Daca esti o persoana complet sedentara, incepe sa faci miscare treptat, ajungand la o sesiune de sport completa in timp, pentru a nu te epuiza sau rani.
