Ritmul\u00a0 de\u00a0 munca\u00a0 din\u00a0 zilele noastre, lipsa sportului si tendinta spre o dieta haotica si\u00a0 nesanatoasa zadarnicesc toate mecanismele naturale de lupta cu stresul pe care le poseda organismul uman. Si alimentele pe care le consumi sunt importante. Alege cat mai multe fructe si legume in stare cruda! Inainte de fiecare masa, consuma o salata \u2013 contine fibre, care ajuta la eliminarea mai rapida a toxinelor si a grasimii! Renunta definitiv la bauturile carbogazoase de orice fel, la mezeluri si la produse de patiserie, care genereaza grasime!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durerile de spate pot aparea si ca urmare a sarcinii, iar remediile pe care vi le propunem au drept scop inclusiv ameliorarea acestora.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Hidratarea este un aspect important in procesul de preventie, ameliorare sau vindecare a durerilor de spate. Incepe chiar de azi sa consumi un pahar de apa la doua ore, pentru a hidrata discurile intervertebrale!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Iata cateva miscari care te vor ajuta:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In timpul dusului, lasa jetul de apa calda sa cada pe coloana vertebrala!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Inspira si indreapta coloana, imaginandu-ti ca cineva te trage de varful capului in sus!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mentine timp de 3 secunde, relaxeaza si repeta de 10 ori! Foloseste o cutie sau o ladita pe care sa sprijini talpa in asa fel, incat genunchii sa fie la acelasi nivel cu bazinul! Astfel, protejezi si relaxezi zona lombara.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>La cumparaturi, foloseste caruciorul sau tine sacosele in ambele maini, pentru a mentine corecta pozitia corpului!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Daca stai mai mult timp in picioare, executa cateva ridicari pe varfuri, apoi balanseaza soldurile de cateva ori in stanga si in dreapta!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Acasa, adopta o pozitie de relaxare foarte eficienta! Culcat pe spate, cu picioarele ridicate pe perete, mentine 10 secunde, trage\u00a0 genunchii\u00a0 inspre piept, mentine 3 secunde si revino cu picioarele pe perete! Repeta exercitiul de 30 de ori intr-un ritm lent!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Cand ridici ceva de jos, este obligatoriu sa indoi genunchii.
