Practica este cea care ne omoara\u2026 Inca din 1957, profesorul John Yudkin, expert in nutritie la Colegiul Regina Elisabeta (in cadrul Universitatii din Londra) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S0140673657906141\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">a tras un semnal de alarma<\/a> apropo de faptul ca zaharul (si nu grasimile) este principalul vinovat atunci cand vorbim despre boli de inima si alte afectiuni cronice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Food and Drug Administration recomanda un consum maxim de 50 g\/zi (in jur de 4 linguri), iar Organizatia Mondiala a Sanatatii si mai putin: 25 g\/zi (in jur de 6 lingurite)! Cu toate astea, cati dintre noi se opresc la un singur patratel de ciocolata, cati manaca dulciuri doar o data pe saptamana si cati pot spune \u201eNu\u201d cand li se ofera ceva bun de catre o colega, la munca? Studiile pe oameni (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bmj.com\/content\/346\/bmj.e7492?view=long&amp;pmid=23321486\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2013<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/23966427\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2013<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/20141\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2014<\/a>) au descoperit dovezi consistente ca scaderea sau cresterea cantitatii de zahar din alimentatie este asociata cu schimbari corespunzatoare in greutate. Un studiu din <a href=\"http:\/\/jama.jamanetwork.com\/article.aspx?articleid=199296\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2004<\/a> noteaza ca doar 1 doza de suc\/zi te poate ingrasa cu 7 kg intr-un an si fiecare doza iti creste sansele la obezitate (aceste calorii goale duc adesea la supraconsum alimentar).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11952 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/turmeric-cura-slabire.jpg\" alt=\"turmeric cura slabire\" width=\"640\" height=\"425\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/turmeric-cura-slabire.jpg 640w, https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/turmeric-cura-slabire-324x215.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>In plus, dulciurile iti afecteaza nivelul de leptina, hormonul care ii transmite corpului tau ca ai mancat destul. Un nivel crescut de leptina sau rezistenta la aceasta echivaleaza cu un sentiment de foame constant, consum alimentar in exces si kilograme in plus. Cercetarile pe oameni si animale (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.physiology.org\/doi\/full\/10.1152\/ajpregu.00195.2008\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2008<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC2665845\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2008<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC2665845\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2009<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/21418711\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2011<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/academic.oup.com\/advances\/article\/3\/5\/736\/4591595\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2012<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/24828025\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2014<\/a>) arata ca un consum prea mare de fructoza conduce la o crestere a nivelului de leptina, la reducerea sensibilitatii corporale la acest hormon (efect care dispare odata cu indepartarea agentului dulce din dieta) si la obezitate (daca alimentatia este una bogata in grasimi).<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3-rezistenta-la-insulina-si-diabet\"><\/span>3. Rezistenta la insulina si diabet.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Consumul unui numar ridicat de produse dulci poate declansa in corp nevoia crescuta de insulina, hormon care converteste mancarea in energie. Daca nivelul insulinei ramane ridicat, organismul devine mai putin sensibil la aceasta, in sange se acumuleaza glucoza si te simti obosita, infometata, ai tensiunea mare si creierul nu-ti mai functioneaza la parametrii optimi. Un studiu din <a href=\"http:\/\/jama.jamanetwork.com\/article.aspx?articleid=199317\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2004<\/a> care a urmarit 51.603 de femei (intre 1991 si 1999) a descoperit ca cele care beau mai des ceai, sucuri acidulate si bauturi energizante bogate in zahar aveau un risc crescut de a face diabet de tip 2. O analiza din <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/20693348\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2010<\/a> a unor studii pe 310.819 de participanti a ajuns la aceeasi concluzie.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4-boala-ficatului-gras\"><\/span>4. Boala ficatului gras.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ficatul poate fi dat si el peste cap de doze mari de zahar, inflamandu-se din cauza modului in care corpul metabolizeaza <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/23482247\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">fructoza<\/a> \u2013 tip de zahar care este un element-cheie in aparitia bolii ficatului gras non-alcoolic\u00a0(manifestata prin acumularea de grasime in acest organ). Pacientii care sufera de aceasta boala beau <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/abs\/pii\/S0168827807004278\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">de doua ori mai multe<\/a> sucuri acidulate decat restul lumii.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-13142 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/zahar.jpg\" alt=\"zahar\" width=\"640\" height=\"388\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/zahar.jpg 640w, https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/zahar-324x196.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Cercetatorii <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/25514388\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">nu s-au pus inca de acord<\/a> daca ficatul este afectat direct (de zahar) sau indirect (de greutatea suplimentara provocata de zahar), dar oricum ar fi, prea multe dulciuri strica. Majoritatea persoanelor care au boala ficatului gras non-alcoolic nu isi dau seama de asta, avand complicatii putine, dar in unele cazuri grasimea in exces poate scarifica acest organ si deveni, in timp, insuficienta renala.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5-cancer-pancreatic\"><\/span>5. Cancer pancreatic.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Unele studii (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/12208894\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2002<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/ajcn.nutrition.org\/content\/84\/5\/1171.full\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2006<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/22922366\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2012<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/25556126\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2014<\/a>) au facut legatura intre alimentatiile pline de zahar si un risc crescut de cancer pancreatic, una dintre cele mai periculoase tipuri ale temutei boli. Motivul il constituie faptul ca dulciurile in exces sunt asociate cu diabetul si obezitatea (cum am explicat deja, mai sus), care pot creste probabilitatea aparitiei cancerului pancreatic.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"td_quote_box td_box_center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong><em>Tu cu ce inlocuiesti zaharul alb?
