Au descoperit raspunsul testand memoria a 38 de personae, apoi le-au impartit in doua grupuri: primul a facut o plimbare de 4,5 km printr-o padure, al doilea a mers la fel de mult prin oras. La final, au repetat testul initial: primul grup a avut rezultate semnificativ mai bune a doua oara, in timp ce grupul cu numarul 2 s-a descurcat la fel. In plus, cercetatorii au descoperit ceva si mai uimitor: memoria si capacitatea de a ignora distragerile au crescut si numai dupa ce subiectii au privit timp de 10 minute imagini din natura!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Avantajele cognitive ale aerului liber au fost studiate si un an mai tarziu, in <a href=\"https:\/\/environhealthprevmed.biomedcentral.com\/articles\/10.1007\/s12199-009-0086-9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2009<\/a>, in Japonia, cu rezultate similare: subiectii au fost trimisi in 24 de paduri, respectiv 24 de orase diferite, unde au petrecut 15 minute mergand si 15 minute stand jos; efectul biologic observat imediat dupa a fost reducerea ritmului cardiac, a tensiunii sangvine si a cortizolului (hormonul stresului) in cazul grupului care a avut parte de o \u201eshinrin-yoku\u201d<em>\u00a0<\/em>(in traducere, \u201ebaie de padure\u201d).<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"td_quote_box td_box_center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Descopera care sunt <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/efectele-calitatii-aerului-asupra-sanatatii-tale\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">efectele calitatii aerului asupra sanatatii tale<\/a><\/em>!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-13180 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/bicicleta-aer-liber.jpg\" alt=\"bicicleta aer liber\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/bicicleta-aer-liber.jpg 640w, https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/bicicleta-aer-liber-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Exista dovezi care indica faptul ca in cartierele cu spatii verzi mai mari, elemente si procese naturale mai multe locuitorii stau mai bine la capitolele <a href=\"https:\/\/science.sciencemag.org\/content\/352\/6288\/938\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">stare mentala mai buna si stres asociat cu viata urbana mai redus<\/a>. O analiza din <a href=\"https:\/\/www.annualreviews.org\/doi\/abs\/10.1146\/annurev-environ-012312-110838\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2013<\/a>\u00a0a concluzionat ca, prin contactul cu natura, ne simtim conectati social si suntem mai sanatosi fizic si psihic. Sanatatea noastra are, prin urmare, de castigat de pe urma copacilor stradali, a acoperisurilor verzi, a gradinilor comunitare, a parcurilor si a spatiilor deschise (in care putem merge cu bicicleta, trotineta electrica, putem alerga sau ne putem plimba in voie). Pe langa reducerea stresului, natura integrata in spatiul si infrastructura urbane are beneficii ecologice, modificand atitudinea apropo de protectia mediului inconjurator.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"de-ce-are-natura-un-efect-pozitiv-asupra-noastra\"><\/span>De ce are natura un efect pozitiv asupra noastra?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-13179 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/rasarit-de-soare.jpg\" alt=\"rasarit de soare\" width=\"640\" height=\"422\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/rasarit-de-soare.jpg 640w, https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/rasarit-de-soare-324x214.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Cercetarile in domeniu sunt inca la inceput, apropo de explicatiile impactului pozitiv al aerului liber asupra omului, mai ales daca vorbim despre intelegerea modalitatii in care creierul evolueaza in timp in medii urbane versus medii naturale. Aerul liber reduce volumul de munca mintal si ne scapa de nevoia constanta de a lua decizii, care este la ea acasa in orasele hiperstimulante in care locuim, inconjurati de sosele, intersectii aglomerate, reclame stradale, notificari pe telefon si aglomeratie. In natura, se activeaza observatia calma, linistea interioara si introspectia, iar raspunsurile urgente dispar din peisaj.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un studiu din <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/nature10190\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2011<\/a>\u00a0a analizat cerebral locuitori de la oras si din mediile rurale, comparandu-le reactiile la amenintari sociale diverse (jena, stres). Pusi in situatii jenante, orasenii analizati au avut o activitate mai intensa in amigdala (zona cerebrala implicata in emotiile negative) si in cortexul cingular anterior (zona implicata in reglajul emotional). Adunand informatii relevante de la aproximativ 20.000 de persoane, acestia au descoperit ca cei care au petrecut minimum 2 ore in aer liber in ultima saptamana (in parcuri, pe plaja, la tara, in paduri, pe apa) s-au declarat mai sanatosi si mai satisfacuti de viata, comparativ cu cei care nu au stat deloc afara. 2-3 ore in aer liber au acelasi efect benefic ca 2-3 ore de sport\/saptamana.
