Fructele sunt o sursa excelenta de vitamine si minerale esentiale, fibre si antioxidanti. In piete sau in supermarket gasesti o multitudine de fructe si fiecare are beneficiile sale pentru sanatate, de aceea cele mai bune rezultate le obtii daca mananci o varietate de fructe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/pcd\/issues\/2014\/13_0390.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">studiu din 2014<\/a>\u00a0a analizat beneficiile fructelor si legumelor, in functie de densitatea mare de nutrienti si numarul mic de calorii, punand pe primele 5 locuri lamaile, capsunile, portocalele, lime-ul si grapefruitul. In plus, lamaile contin acid folic, potasiu si pectina. Studiile noteaza ca portocalele contribuie la: sanatatea cerebrala (consumul de citrice scade cu 19% riscul de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedaily.com\/releases\/2012\/02\/120223182638.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">accident vascular ischemic<\/a> in randul femeilor), sanatatea inimii (gratie fibrelor, potasiului, colinei si Vitaminei C), protectia muschilor, oaselor si rinichilor (la care contribuie potasiul), a pielii (Vitamin C ajuta colagenul si mentine pielea tanara), lupta impotriva cancerului (zeaxantina si carotenoidele afecteaza cancerul de prostata).<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4-grapefruit\"><\/span>4. Studiile sugereaza ca prin consumul regulat de grapefruit te poti proteja de: inflamatie, cancer (compusii numiti <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S1021949816301843\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">furanocumarine<\/a>\u00a0au proprietati anticancerigene, luptand cu tumorile de san, de piele si leucemia; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/26817504\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">licopenul<\/a> scade riscul de cancer de prostata), diabet (grapefruitul are un indice glicemic de 25, neinfluentand glicemia si nivelul de insulina), probleme cu inima (gratie fibrelor, potasiului, licopenului, colinei si Vitaminei C) si digestive (continutul de apa si fibre previn constipatia), deshidratare (contine apa in proportie de 91% si electroliti) si imbatranirea tenului (datorita continutului de apa, vitaminelor A si C).<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5-mere\"><\/span>5.
