Asemenea idealuri imposibile (poti fi doar \u201emama perfecta pentru copilul tau\u201d) joaca uneori un rol important in aparitia depresiei post-partum, deci e important sa le demitizezi. In articolul de astazi am pus laolalta 10 mituri cunoscute pe aceasta tema, pe care sigur le stii sau le-ai auzit si tu, in incercarea de a ajuta la daramarea lor. A creste o alta fiinta umana nu e ceva usor, presupune responsabilitate, grija, nopti nedormite, vizite la spital, intrebari care te vor pune in dificultate, situatii serioase, complexe si stresante \u2013 totul 24 de ore din 24, in fiecare zi a vietii tale, de acum inainte. Poti avea grija singura de bebelus.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In realitate, dupa nastere nu te vei transforma instantaneu intr-un MasterChef in bucatarie, o sotie eleganta, o mama care doarme suficient si are la fel de mult timp pentru ea ca inainte (desi face curat, are grija de un nou-nascut si poate lucreaza si part-time, de acasa). Va dura pana inveti sa impletesti natural toate elementele cu care vei jongla de acum inainte si asta presupune sa ai si ajutorul celor din jurul tau. Sprijina-te pe umerii partenerului de viata, ai parintilor si socrilor, ai prietenilor si vecinilor \u2013 a cere si a accepta ajutorul nu este un semn de slabiciune, ci de putere, si te va ajuta sa ramai in putere si sanatoasa. \u201eE nevoie de un sat intreg pentru a creste un copil\u201d, spune foarte bine un proverb african.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4-maternitatea-te-implineste-total\"><\/span>4. Foloseste-ti creativitatea pentru a obtine si timp pentru tine, nu uita de proprile tale planuri si emotii, asigura-te ca nu te pierzi complet pe tine insati dupa nastere. Doar daca ai in primul rand grija de tine vei putea avea grija si de ceilalti din familie. La fel cum inainte de a naste ai avut grija ce mananci (pentru a oferi cel mai bun start in viata bebelusului tau, prin <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/15-vitamine-si-minerale-esentiale-in-sarcina-pentru-mama-si-copil-infografic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">vitamine si minerale esentiale in sarcina<\/a>), dupa nastere trebuie sa iti pui si nevoile tale, si ale lui pe lista virtuala de \u201eTo do\u201d. Iar intarirea relatiei voastre nu va avea lor natural, ci va presupune eforturi constiente: de obicei, mamica se simte coplesita de tot ceea ce are de facut (daca stau acasa alaturi de bebe) si simte ca tati (care merge la serviciu) nu o ajuta cu mare lucru. Nu degeaba auzi atat de des despre cupluri care divorteaza la un an dupa ce au devenit parinti&#8230; Nu uita de relatia voastra de dinaintea aparitiei lui bebe, gasiti timp unul pentru celalalt, trageti amandoi in aceeasi directie cand vine vorba despre cresterea noului membru al familiei si nu uitati sa va multumiti reciproc pentru ajutor.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"8-doar-%e2%80%9emamele-rele%e2%80%9d-se-plang-cand-dau-de-greu\"><\/span>8. Poate te simti vinovata ca vrei mai mult timp pentru tine sau alaturi de partenerul tau de viata, poate este frustrata de cat ce mult plange bebelusul vostru si cat de greu iti este sa il faci sa adoarma in fiecare seara \u2013 oricare ar fi motivul, discuta despre asta cu cei din jur si admite minusurile, pentru a evita nervii si depresia.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"9-celelalte-mame-sunt-perfecte\"><\/span>9. Celelalte mame sunt perfecte.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In realitate, toate noile mamici au hopuri de trecut, iar cele care iti pun intrebari neprietenoase sau fac declaratii atotstiutoare sunt persoane pe care trebuie sa le elimini din anturajul tau (nu fac decat sa aduca negativismul in preajma ta, ceva de care nimeni nu are nevoie!). Fii atenta la observatii de genul \u201eCum, nu merge inca? Al meu mergeau deja de 2 luni la varsta asta!\u201d sau \u201eIl lasi sa se uite la televizor?\u201d; fiecare decide cum isi creste propriul copil, nu lasa comentariile altor mamici (din viata reala sau de pe forumuri) sa te denigreze.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"10-daca-citesti-carti-de-specialitate-vei-sti-totul-despre-maternitate\"><\/span>10. Gandeste-te cate carti de specialitate au citit mama si bunica ta si iti vei da rapid seama ca nu trebuie sa ai in vedere standardul perfect din literatura contemporana de specialitate, ci sa-ti creionezi singura un standard de maternitate, in functie de punctele tale forte, de minusuri si de modul in care vrei sa iti cresti copilul.
