Iar aceasta, deoarece mesele bogate in fibre alimentare sunt foarte satioase, astfel incat in prima parte a zilei va scadea probabilitatea de a-ti mai dori o gustare plina de zahar sau de grasimi. De aceea, consumarea micului dejun este strans legata de controlul greutatii corporale si de mentinerea cu succes a acesteia pe termen lung.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"continutul-face-diferenta\"><\/span>Continutul face diferenta!<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este important sa profiti din plin de beneficiile aduse de micul dejun prin includerea de alimente cu valoare nutritiva ridicata, precum: cereale si paine integrala, fructe, bauturi si produse din soia fortificate, nuci si seminte crude. Evita alimentele cu continut ridicat de zahar, sare si grasimi (precum variantele de tip fast-food), deoarece acestea doar iti vor umple stomacul si vor aduce un surplus de calorii, in detrimentul alimentelor mult mai valoroase nutritiv! Va recomandam cateva idei si variante simple pentru pregatirea usoara a micului dejun:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">un bol de cereale integrale m\u00fcsli impreuna cu fructe uscate sau proaspete si bautura vegetala din soia, orez sau migdale;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>felii de paine integrala (neagra sau cu seminte) cu unt de arahide si miere impreuna cu un pahar de suc natural de fructe;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>iaurt cu continut scazut de grasime, sos de fructe si fulgi de cereale integrale (grau, secara, orz, ovaz, mei, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/seminte-de-hrisca-1kg-29.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>hrisca<\/strong><\/a>, porumb);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>smoothie proaspat preparat din fructe ca banane sau fructe de padure si un pumn de migdale;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>rondele din grau sau orez tartinate cu pateu vegetal din linte, naut, mazare, soia sau fasole;<\/li>\n<li>terci din tarate si fulgi de ovaz presarat cu pudra de roscove, nuca macinata si putina miere;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>paste integrale cu nuca si seminte crude (dovleac, floarea-soarelui, in, susan, chia);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>budinca de tapioca cu fructe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Incearca retetele noastre sanatoase si usor de preparat, pentru mai multe idei de pregatire a micului dejun, a deserturilor, a gustarilor sau a preparatelor culinare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong>\u00a0Sursa: Australian Health &amp; Wellbeing Guide<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Una dintre cele mai bune decizii pe care le poti lua pentru sanatatea ta este sa iti incepi ziua savurand micul dejun.
