Iat\u0103 care este procesul ce influen\u021beaz\u0103 nivelurile glicemiei \u00een s\u00e2nge:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Atunci c\u00e2nd consumi alimente care con\u021bin carbohidra\u021bi, ace\u0219tia sunt descompu\u0219i \u00een glucoz\u0103 \u00een timpul digestiei. Glucoza este absorbit\u0103 \u00een s\u00e2nge, iar nivelurile de glicemie cresc.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nivelurile normale ale glicemiei sunt men\u021binute \u00eentr-un interval str\u00e2ns \u0219i sunt reglate de mai mul\u021bi hormoni, \u00een principal insulin\u0103 \u0219i glucagon.
