Dar UNICEF si Organizatia Mondiala a Sanatatii recomanda alaptarea exclusiva in primele 6 luni de viata, continuand-o in timpul diversificarii, pana la 2 ani sau cat de mult se doreste. \u201eDaca alaptarea nu ar fi existat deja, cine ar fi inventat-o astazi ar merita un premiu Nobel dublu, pentru medicina si economie\u201d, scria Keith Hansen (Senior Adviser la Banca Mondiala) in 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Raportul UNICEF \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unicef.org\/reports\/state-of-worlds-children-2019\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The State of the World\u2019s Children 2019: Children, food and nutrition<\/a>\u201d (publicat in octombrie 2019) explica pe larg ca laptele matern nu este doar o sursa de nutrienti, ci si un medicament puternic, creat special de natura pentru nevoile bebelusului, iar ca alaptarea ajuta nou-nascutul, mama si \u2013 in plus \u2013\u00a0 are beneficii economice. Daca mama are o alimentatie deficitara inainte de a ramane insarcinata, nu se hraneste sanatos in cele 9 luni de sarcina, nu isi alapteaza bebelusul si nu opteaza pentru o diversificare plina de nutrienti, copilul poate fi prea mic de inaltime sau prea slab pentru varsta lui, avand deficiente la capitolul micronutrienti esentiali. Din pacate, la nivel mondial, 1 din 3 copii nu primeste nutrientii necesari unei dezvoltari bune, mai ales in primele 1.000 de zile de viata, noteaza raportul UNICEF mentionat anterior.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Problemele legate de sanatatea unui nou-nascut incep inca din burta mamei, cu subnutritia materna (manifestata prin anemie si o greutate prea mica a mamei, care creste riscul de deces neonatal) sau supraponderabilitatea mamei (care creste riscul de diabet gestational, preeclampsie, nastere prematura, greutate mica la nastere si sanse crescute ca bebelusul sa devina, la randul lui, un adult obez). De aceea, este important ca gravida sa se asigure, in urma discutiilor cu medicul ei specialist, ca are un aport sanatos de fier (pentru a evita anemia), acid folic\/Vitamina B9 (pentru a preveni defectele ca <em>spina bifida<\/em>), calciu (pentru a reduce riscul de preeclampsie si nastere prematura), Vitamina A (care sprijina functia imuntara si dezvoltarea fatului, mai ales in al treilea trimestru) si zinc (pentru a te asigura ca nasti la termen un bebelus normal din punct de vedere al greutatii si dezvoltarii).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-14394 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/sarcina.jpg\" alt=\"sarcina\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/sarcina.jpg 640w, https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/sarcina-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Dezvoltarea cerebrala este cea mai accelerata in primii ani de viata, de aceea efectele subnutritiei pot avea impact asupra functionarii creierului, cognitiei, gradului de pregatire pentru studii, comportamentului si productivitatii de la varsta scolara incolo. Mai ales in prima ora de viata, colostrul (primul lapte produs de mama) protejeaza sistemul imunitar al nou-nascutului impotriva infectiilor si inflamatiei si scade riscul de mortalitate. In concluzie, <strong>avantajele alaptarii pentru bebelus<\/strong>\u00a0sunt urmatoarele:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">scade mortalitatea neonatala si infantila (alaptarea universala ar putea salva anual vietile a peste 820.000 de copii sub 5 ani din intreaga lume, noteaza UNICEF)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">protejeaza impotriva infectiilor respiratori<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">protejeaza impotriva infectiilor urechii medii<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">protejeaza impotriva diareei si reduce cazurile de enterocolita ulcero-necrotica (boala intestinala care poate fi mortala)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-13615 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/alaptare.jpg\" alt=\"alaptare\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/alaptare.jpg 640w, https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/alaptare-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">reduce incidenta leucemiei<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">reduce sansele de obezitate, supraponderabilitate si diabet<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">expune bebelusul la o varietate mare de gusturi si arome din dieta mamei, pregatindu-l pentru o alimentatie diversa atunci cand creste<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">imbunatateste performantele scolare, scorurile obtinute la testele de inteligenta si starea generala de bine<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Alaptarea are beneficii si pentru mama:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">previne hemoragiile post-natale si accelereaza contractia uterului<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">creste perioada dintre sarcini (gratie amenoreei lactationale)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">scade riscul de cancer ovarian si de san<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">scade riscul de diabet de tip 2<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">scade riscul cardiovascular si de hipertensiune<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In fine, <strong>alaptarea are avantaje si din punct de vedere economic<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">creste veniturile familiale<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">scade costurile medicale<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"cati-bebelusi-sunt-alaptati-la-nivel-mondial\"><\/span>Cati bebelusi sunt alaptati, la nivel mondial?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-14397 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/nou-nascut.jpg\" alt=\"nou nascut\" width=\"640\" height=\"432\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/nou-nascut.jpg 640w, https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/nou-nascut-324x219.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Raspunsul la intrebarea de mai sus este \u201ePrea putini\u201d. In ciuda beneficiilor enumerate anterior, la nivel mondial, doar 2 din 5 nou-nascuti sunt alaptati in prima ora de viata (44%) si un numar similar sunt hraniti exclusiv la san in primele 6 luni (42%), noteaza UNICEF. In primele 3 zile de viata, 43% din toti nou-nascutii primesc lichide sau alimente in plus, fata de laptele matern: apa simpla\/cu zahar, ceai, miere, lapte animal, formule de lapte. In Africa Centrala si de Vest, de exemplu, apa este cel mai comun lichid dat bebelusilor in primele 3 zile, expunandu-i astfel la patogeni si substante potential periculoase. In Mexic, 48% dintre copiii de 0-5 luni si 33% dintre cei de 6-11 luni consuma formule de lapte si doar 35% din copiii sub 2 ani sunt alaptati.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Motivele acestei alimentatii naturale deficitare sunt complexe si includ factori ca:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>reclamele pentru formulele de lapte<\/strong> (prezentate drept produse care cresc IQ-ul si ajuta imunitatea si dezvoltarea sanatoasa); in perioada 2008-2013, vanzarile de formule de lapte pe baza de produse animale au crescut cu 41% la nivel mondial si cu 72% in tari cu venituri medii ca Brazilia, China, Peru si Turcia<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-14396 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/formule-de-lapte-bebelus.jpg\" alt=\"formule de lapte bebelus\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/formule-de-lapte-bebelus.jpg 640w, https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/formule-de-lapte-bebelus-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>lipsa educatiei apropo de alaptare<\/strong> (pentru a alapta imediat dupa nastere, mama are nevoie de sprijinul cadrelor medicale, dar un raport UNICEF din 2018 a descoperit ca prezenta unui doctor, asistente sau moase la nastere nu ajuta neaparat mamica sa inceapa cat mai repede alaptarea \u2013 in Asia de Sud, doar 34% dintre bebelusii nascuti cu ajutorul unui cadru medical au fost alaptati in primele 60 de minute de viata, procentele fiind de 45% in Orientul Mijlociu\/Africa de Nord, 47% in America Latina si Caraibe, 48% in Asia de Est si Pacific)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>tabuurile sociale si culturale impotriva alaptarii<\/strong> (in multe culturi se crede ca bebelusul nu trebuie sa bea primul lapte, ci un alt lichid inainte de a incepe alaptarea)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>cresterea numarului de nasteri prin cezariana <\/strong>(cercetarile facute in sudul Asiei au descoperit ca aceste operatii sunt un factor semnificativ al alaptarii cu intarziere; in 51 de tari analizate, nasterile vaginale corespund unor rate de peste 2 ori mai mari de incepere a alaptarii, comparativ cu nasterile prin cezariana)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>dificultatea noilor mamici de a gasi un echilibru intre munca si ingrijirea copilului <\/strong>(daca stai acasa, poti alapta usor; daca revii repede la locul de munca, alaptarea devine dificila sau chiar imposibila)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote class=\"td_quote_box td_box_center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong><em>Tu stii ce trebuie sa mananci cand alaptezi?
