Dar sarcina vine cu propriile ei provocari legate de odihna: timp de 9 luni, vei avea insomnii, crampe musculare, arsuri in capul pieptului si toate schimbarile fizice prin care trece corpul tau iti vor afecta somnul.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Majoritatea gravidelor sunt extrem de obosite in primul trimestru de sarcina, deoarece epuizeaza foarte repede energia produsa de organism si un somn odihnitor pare ceva imposibil. Progesteronul este produs de placenta si se leaga de receptori, pentru a crea numeroase efecte benefice: intarirea captuselii interioare a uterului (endometru) si a muschilor pelvieni, dezvoltarea fetala, stimularea tesutului mamar pentru a favoriza\u00a0lactatia. Reversul medaliei? Progesteronul iti da o stare de somnolenta in timpul zilei si iti poate intrerupe somnul nocturn (provocand si mai multa oboseala ziua) \u2013 astfel poti intra intr-un cerc vicios in care esti mereu cu energia pe minus. Incearca sa dormi si in timpul zilei, cand poti, pentru a compensa oboseala din primul trimestru de sarcina.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2-ai-stari-de-greata-nocturne\"><\/span>2. Unii specialisti spun ca greturile matinale (care pot sa apara in orice moment al zilei, in ciuda numelui) indica faptul ca progesteronul ovarian este redus in organism si ca placenta nu secreta inca o cantitate suficienta. Ideea traditionala ca o viitoare mamica trebuie sa manance \u201ecat pentru 2\u201d nu se traduce prin \u201ea manca de doua ori mai mult\u201d, dar clar vei creste in greutate (in jur de 11-16 kg in plus) si vei avea o pofta mai mare de mancare. Aceasta problema este una omniprezenta in primele si in ultimele faze ale sarcinii si te poate tine treaza jumatate de noapte&#8230; Pentru a-ti minimiza vizitele nocturne la baie, incearca sa bei multe lichide in timpul zilei, sa le reduci numarul seara si sa eviti cafeina (care poate veni la pachet cu insomnii si declansarea nevoii de urinare).<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5-ai-insomnie\"><\/span>5.
