Am scris deja pe blogul Sano Vita despre cele mai comune motive pentru care odihna poate sta departe de tine in trimestrul 1 de sarcina (si solutii posibile), asa ca acum continuam povestea cu urmatoarele trei luni ale calatoriei tale de mamica. Citeste articolul nostru pentru a descoperi ce alte 5 lucuri pot tine treaza in al doilea trimestru al sarcinii si de ce ar trebui sa dormi cat de mult poti in aceasta perioada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In urmatoarele 3 luni din totalul de 9, starile de greata si drumurile constante la baie scad, nivelul hormonilor se stabilizeaza, trimestrul 2 fiind ca o luna de miere in care poti recupera orele de odihna: incearca sa te culci si sa te trezesti la aceeasi ora, sa te relaxezi cat de mult poti inainte de culcare (asculta muzica clasica, citeste o carte buna, fa o baie lunga si aromata). Daca dormeai pe ele pana acum, situatia se va shimba rapid! Trimestrul 2 de sarcina este perioada in care trebuie sa incepi sa dormi pe una dintre partile corpului, stanga fiind optiunea cea mai buna: creste aportul de sange si de nutrienti care ajung la bebelus. Pentru a-ti gasi o pozitie confortabila de somn si a-ti indrepta coloana (scapand de durerea de spate), incearca sa dormi cu o perna intre genunchii flexati, una la spate si, pe masura ca iti creste burtica, cu una sub abdomen.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4-ai-dureri-de-cap\"><\/span>4.
