Asta inseamna ca vei ajunge sa cantaresti cu 11-16 kg in plus pana la finalul celor 9 luni, ligamentele soldurlui si ale pelvisului se vor largi, ceea ce iti va schimba centrul de gravitatie si iti va da dureri de spate. Solutia? Inainte de a adormi, stai cu spatele orizontal pe pat si ridica-ti picioarele pe un perete adiacent, inchide ochii si relaxeaza-ti muschii picioarelor, timp de 10 minute \u2013 aceasta este o pozitie de yoga benefica, iar spatele tau iti va multumi. Apoi dormi pe o parte, cu perne intre picioare si de jur imprejur (pentru a-ti relaxa zona lombara).<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2-ai-contractii-braxton-hicks\"><\/span>2. Cum iti dai seama ca despre ele este vorba? Cand acesta este supus presiunii, poate cauza o durere ascutita si intensa, amorteala sau furnicaturi. Greutatea in plus, excesul de lichide din organismul tau, uterul in crestere si miscarile bebelusului pot toate sa puna presiune pe nervul sciatic.
