Analizand dovezile existente apropo de nevoile alimentare ale planetei in Antropocen (actuala era geologica), alimentatia generala si toata mancarea irosita in \u201etarile civilizate\u201d, Comisia EAT-<em>Lancet <\/em>a concluzionat ca sistemele alimentare au potentialul de a avea grija de sanatatea umana si de a sprijini sustenabilitatea mediului inconjurator, dar \u2013 in acest moment \u2013 le ameninta pe amandoua. Iata cum arata momentan situatia:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">peste 820 de milioane de persoane au mancare insuficienta si mult mai multi oameni au o alimentatie nesanatoasa, care contribuie la moarte prematura si morbiditate (predispozitie catre imbolnavire) mai mult decat consumul de tutun, alcool, droguri si relatiile sexuale neprotejate la un loc<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">din cauza tendintelor alimentare actuale si ale cresterii estimate a populatiei pana la 10 miliarde de persoane, pana in 2050, riscurile asupra planetei si a noastra se vor exacerba (concretizandu-se in boli netransmisibile, emisiile de gaze cu efect de sera, poluarea cu azot si fosfor, pierderea biodiversitatii, utilizarea in exces a apei si a pamantului)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-15122 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/alimentatie-globala.jpg\" alt=\"alimentatie globala\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/alimentatie-globala.jpg 696w, https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/alimentatie-globala-324x182.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">este nevoie urgent de o transformare a sistemului alimentar global, care sa includa si care sa tina cont de Obiectivele de Dezvoltare Durabila ale ONU (17 scopuri globale, stabilite in 2015 si menite sa fie realizate pana in 2030) si de Acordul de la Paris (2016, care reglementeaza raspunsul la incalzirea globala si care a fost semnat si de Romania)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">daca am transforma felul in care mancam pana in 2050, prin reducerea cu peste 50% a consumului global de alimente nesanatoase (zahar si carne rosie) si prin cresterea cu peste 100% a consumului de alimente sanatoase (fructe, legume, nuci, leguminoase), am evita 10,8-11,6 milioane de decese in fiecare an (o reducere cu 19-23,6 %)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote class=\"td_quote_box td_box_center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong><em>Conform<\/em> <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.who.int\/iris\/bitstream\/handle\/10665\/278948\/WHO-NMH-NHD-18.12-eng.pdf?ua=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>Organizatiei Mondiale a Sanatatii<\/em><\/a><em>, productia alimentara este responsabila de 20-30% din totalul <\/em><em>emisiilor de gaze cu efect de sera<\/em><em> si 66% din totalul apei utilizate, la nivel global.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"care-este-cea-mai-sustenabila-alimentatie\"><\/span>Care este cea mai sustenabila alimentatie?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-15123 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/alimentatie-vegana.jpg\" alt=\"alimentatie vegana\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/alimentatie-vegana.jpg 696w, https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/alimentatie-vegana-324x182.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/>Pentru ca cele 10 miliarde de oameni care vor popula Terra in 2050 sa aiba o alimentatie sustenabila, expertii spun ca ar trebui sa nu mai folosim pamant in plus, sa protejam biodiversitarea existenta, sa reducem si sa manageriem responsabil consumul de apa, sa reducem substantial poluarea cu azot si fosfor, sa producem 0 emisii de dioxid de carbon si metan).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Acestea fiind spuse, care este cea mai sustenabila alimentatie? O alimentatie sustenabila se raporteaza la impactul asupra individului, asupra mediului inconjurator si asupra lantului trofic. Factorii care determina cat de sustenabila este o anume alimentatie includ: disponibilitatea nutritionala, sanatatea generala, costul relativ, biodiversitatea si protectia ecosistemului. Luand in considare toti acesti factori, vom proteja planeta, iar aceasta ne va oferi in continuare destule resurse pentru generatiile viitoare. Comisia spune ca alimentatia vegana si vegetariana vin la pachet cu o scadere a pamantului cultivat si a emisiilor de gaze cu efect de sera, cea din urma folosind si cea mai putina apa. O alimentatie universala sanatoasa si sustenabila consta intr-o diversitate de alimente de origine vegetala (fructe, legume, leguminoase, nuci, cereale integrale) si cantitati mici spre deloc de alimente de origine animala si procesate, grasimi nesaturate (nu saturate), cereale rafinate si zahar adaugat.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"td_quote_box td_box_center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>In 2014, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fao.org\/ag\/againfo\/resources\/en\/publications\/tackling_climate_change\/index.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>Organizatia pentru Alimentatie si Agricultura a Natiunilor Unite<\/em><\/a> <em>nota ca totalitatea animalelor crescute pentru hrana, in lume, produce 14,5% dintre emisiile de gaze.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"alimentatia-sustenabila-%e2%80%93-ce-contine-si-ce-presupune\"><\/span>Alimentatia sustenabila \u2013 ce contine si ce presupune?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-15124 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/mancare-vegana.jpg\" alt=\"mancare vegana\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/mancare-vegana.jpg 696w, https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/mancare-vegana-324x182.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/>Din punct de vedere nutritional, trecerea la o alimentatie sustenabila nu are riscuri, atata timp cat iti asiguri toate nevoile nutritionale. Daca vrei si tu sa manaci mai sustenabil, stai cat mai departe de dieta tarilor vestice si inclouieste produsele de origine animala cu cele vegetale. \u201ePer ansamblu, studiile sunt de acord ca alimentele de origine vegetala produc mai putine efecte adverse asupra mediului per greutate unitara, per portie, per unitate energetica sau per greutate proteica decat o fac alimentele de origine animala\u201d, noteaza comisia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un <a href=\"http:\/\/static.ewg.org\/reports\/2011\/meateaters\/pdf\/methodology_ewg_meat_eaters_guide_to_health_and_climate_2011.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">raport<\/a>\u00a0al organizatiei nonprofit Environmental Working Group a evaluat produsele animale in functie de sustenabilitate si cele mai mari contributii la emisiile de gaze de sera; de la cea mai putin sustenabila optiune incolo, acestea sunt: carnea de miel, de oaie, branza, carnea de porc si somonul de crescatorie. In plus, incearca sa cumperi cat mai des produse locale, din piete (nu din supermarket, unde ajung importate, transportate pe distante lungi si ambalate in plastic), pe care le gasesti sezonier.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"td_quote_box td_box_center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong><em>Cercetarile legate de alimentatia sustenabila spun ca (semi)vegetarienii, veganii si pescatarienii (care consuma peste, dar nu si alt tip de carne) au <a href=\"http:\/\/academiacienciasfarmaceuticas.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/The-Lancet.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">un risc de mortalitate mai mic cu 12,5%<\/a> <\/em><em>decat consumatorii de carne.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ideea de alimentatie sustenabila se refera la o dieta care este sanatoasa pentru organismul uman si care are un impact redus asupra mediului inconjurator si a resurselor naturale.
