Cu totii am auzit aceste recomandari pentru o sanatate optima. Iar in privinta celor 10.000 de pasi, acum exista aplicatii si bratari fitness\/smart care iti monitorizeaza numarul de pasi facuti zilnic (si kilometrii parcursi), ajutandu-te astfel sa stii exact cum stai la acest capitol.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dar chiar este aceasta numarul magic? O persoana inactiva face 3.000 de pasi sau mai putin in fiecare zi, dar \u00a0medicii recomanda in jur de 30 de minute de miscare zilnic (sau 2,5 ore\/saptamana), pentru a-ti mentine o greutate sanatoasa, a preveni sau a administra diverse boli (de inima, hipertensiune, diabet de tipul 2), pentru a-ti intari oasele si muschii, pentru a-ti imbunatati starea de spirit, calitatea somnului, echilibrul si coordonarea. Daca faci miscare afara, in soare, iti vei creste si cantitatea de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/bronzul-soarele-si-vitamina-d-totul-despre-expunerea-corecta-la-soare\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Vitamina D<\/a>. Si a fost o strategie de marketing&#8230; In 1964, inainte de inceperea Jocurilor Olimpice la Tokyo, o companie japoneza a inceut sa vanda pedometre (instrumente de masura pentru inregistrarea numarului de pasi efectuati si a vitezei de deplasare a unei persoane care merge pe jos). Pedometre pe care le-a denumit \u201eManpo-kei\u201d (in traducere, \u201enumaratorul a 10.000 de pasi\u201d) si care au avut un real succes.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"sunt-10000-de-pasizi-potriviti-pentru-oricine\"><\/span>Sunt 10.000 de pasi\/zi potriviti pentru oricine?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Din Asia, acest numar magic a facut inconjurul planetei si poate ghida astazi pe oricine vrea sa inceapa sa faca mai mult miscare. Dar nu este universal valabila: daca vrei sa slabesti, daca abia te-ai apucat de sport sau daca te recuperezi dupa o afectiune, acest numar poate varia si se poate modifica, de-a lungul timpului. In cele din urma cazuri, poti incepe de la 4.000 de pasi si adauga 1.000 de pasi in fiecare saptamana. Daca kilogramele in plus iti dau de cap, atunci alege sa scapi de ele incet, dar sigur: pentru a slabi 500 g\/saptamana, ai nevoie de 20.000 de pasi parcursi zilnic (astfel vei arde 2.000-3.500 de calorii saptamanal).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-15436 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/bratara-fitness-pedometru.jpg\" alt=\"bratara fitness pedometru\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/bratara-fitness-pedometru.jpg 696w, https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/bratara-fitness-pedometru-324x182.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/>Ca idee generala, indiferent de varsta, un pic de activitate fizica in plus nu strica, iar cei 10.000 de pasi facuti zilnic pot fi punctul motivational de start pentru multi dintre noi. Din punct de vedere sociologic, atunci cand ti se ofera un mesaj clar, scris negru pe alb, acesta este retinut clar (studiile si stiinta nefiind atat de categorice). Oamenii vor sa stie exact ce au de facut si \u201e10.000 de pasi\/zi\u201d este un mesaj cat se poate de eficient in acest sens. Deci numara-ti pasii facuti zilnic, daca asta te motiveaza sa te misti mai mult, dar fixeaza-ti un scop propriu legat de activitatea fizica pe care sa il poti indeplini si depasi treptat. Pentru unele persoane, o idee mai buna decat a deveni obsedate de numaratul miilor de pasi ar fi sa se axeze pe a sti cate calorii consuma in diversele activitati facute zilnic. Selecteaza activitatea practicata, durata acesteia si greutatea ta actuala, iar calculatorul respectiv iti va spune cum stai.
