Conform unui studiu din <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pnas.org\/content\/105\/17\/6409\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2008<\/a>, doua treimi din acest buget energetic sunt utilizate pentru a ajuta neuronii sa trimita semnale electrice intre ei si o treime este folosita pentru intretinerea tesutului cerebral. Prin urmare, daca vrei sa ai un creier sanatos, trebuie sa iti formezi obiceiuri zilnice care sa tina la distanta declinul cognitiv si depresia, sa-ti impulsioneze creativitatea si sa te ajute sa iti hranesti organismul cu alimente care afecteaza pozitiv acest organ vital. In articolul nostru de astazi iti explicam cum iti poti ajusta alimentatia zilnica, pentru a avea un creier cat mai sanatos, dar si ce alte masuri non-alimentare te pot sprijini in acest sens.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">5 obiceiuri non-alimentare care iti ajuta creierul<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Am scris deja un articol general despre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/cum-ai-mai-bine-grija-de-creierul-tau\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ce poti sa faci pentru a avea grija de creierul tau<\/a>. Pe scurt, acest organ poate fi ajutat de cateva obiceiuri non-alimentare:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-15447 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/multitasking.jpg\" alt=\"multitasking\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/multitasking.jpg 696w, https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/multitasking-324x182.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>multitasking-ul<\/strong> nu este un exemplu de eficienta demn de urmat, contrar parerii generale \u2013 cand scrii un e-mail in timp ce fredonezi versurile melodiei preferate, pe care o asculti in casti, creierul tau este fortat sa sara de la o activitate la alta, el fiind creat pentru a se concentra pe un singur lucru odata; asta ii produce stres, creste nivelul de cortizol (hormon care este toxic functiilor neuronale, in cantitate mare) si poate contribui la atrofierea hipocampusului (centrul cerebral al memoriei si invatarii)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>joaca jocuri de societate,<\/strong> <strong>fa puzzle-uri si rebus, deseneaza<\/strong> \u2013 aceste activitati iti ajuta memoria, atentia, concentrarea, adaptarea la situatii noi, creativitatea si logica<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>fa miscare <\/strong>\u2013 sportul, dansul si activitatile fizice ajuta functia cognitiva<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>dormi suficient <\/strong>\u2013 cand dormi, creierul tau stocheaza amintirile de peste zi, iar un somn neintrerupt este corelat cu o rata mai mica de formare a placii amiloide (caracteristica bolii Alzheimer)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>nu te mai stresa <\/strong>\u2013 stresul pe termen lung creste nivelul de cortizol, care afecteaza memoria pe termen scurt<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">5 obiceiuri alimentare care iti ajuta creierul<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dincolo de sfaturile de mai sus, si alimentatia este un pilon important. Daca esti pe fuga la prima ora a zilei, incerci sa slabesti sau postesti intermitent, poate fi tentant sa sari peste acest start culinar necesar in fiecare dimineata si sa cumperi rapid un covrig de la patiseria din colt.
