Dar vei afla si raspunsul la intrebari legate de temutul cancer de piele, probleme ca acneea, eczemele, dermatita si psoriazisul, rolul sportului si suplimentele alimentare care pot contribui la un ten de nota 10.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">10 intrebari si raspunsuri de la dermatologi, pentru o piele sanatoasa<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nu degeaba spunea grecul Hipocrat (care este considerat \u201eparintele medicinei\u201d) ca hrana\u00a0trebuie sa ne fie medicament! Nutritia este importanta pentru sanatate si poate afecta cel mai mare organ al corpului \u2013 pielea. O piele frumoasa tine doar de mostenirea genetica sau in joc intra si alti factori?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Genetica joaca un rol, dar o piele hranita, hidratata si sanatoasa se obtine si multumita alimentatiei, cremelor si lotiunilor folosite local si tratamentelor de infrumusetare. Daca ai grija de tenul tau la tinerete, cand anii trec vei descoperi ca preventia este solutia salvatoare.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">2. Cat de importanta este alimentatia si cum imi poate ea ajuta tenul?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alimentatie este extrem de importanta, din doua puncte de vedere. In primul rand, hrana consumata contine nutrienti care ne sunt necesari pentru a lupta impotriva bacteriilor si a ne proteja pielea de inflamatie; produsele bogate in grasimi si uleiuri saturate si trans sunt nocive pielii, pot declansa inflamatia si afecta porii si tenul. Ce ar trebui sa mananc cat mai des, pentru a avea o piele frumoasa?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Incorporeaza in alimentatia ta produse naturale (fructe, legume, leguminoase, nuci, seminte, uleiuri vegetale) si care iti ajuta flora intestinala. Pentru o piele hidratata, supla si flexibila, te ajuta grasimile sanatoase din <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/ce-beneficii-are-uleiul-de-cocos-pentru-ten-5-idei-de-masti-de-fata-in-care-il-poti-folosi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">uleiul de cocos (care are numeroase beneficii pentru ten)<\/a>, fructele de avocado si miezul de nuca. Antioxidanti care lupta cu radicalii liberi, imbatranirea, razele UV si stresul oxidativ (vitaminele E si C, a caror combinatie ajuta tenul sa creeze colagen; seleniu; betacarotenul convertit in corp in Vitamina A; luteina; carotenoide; resveratrol) gasesti in avocado, nuci, seminte de floarea-soarelui, cartofi dulci, ardei grasi, broccoli, rosii si struguri rosii.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nucile si broccoli contin si zinc, mineral esential pentru ca pielea ta sa functioneze corect, ca o bariera impotriva agresorilor externi, pentru vindecarea ranilor si combaterea bacteriilor si inflamatiei. Sulforafanul din broccoli si izoflavonele din soia pot lupta impotriva cancerului de piele, neutralizand radicalii liberi si protejand pielea de arsurile solare. Consuma fructe bogate in apa, pentru a-ti hidrata si proteja pielea. Ce nu ar trebui sa mananc si sa beau, pentru a avea grija de pielea mea?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O alimentatie bogata in sare si alcool echivaleaza cu retentia de apa, o piele afectata de deshidratare, cearcane si ochi umflati. Prea mult <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/10-motive-pentru-care-ar-trebui-sa-renunti-la-zahar-si-cum-te-vei-simti-dupa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">zahar adaugat<\/a> poate creste nivelul anumitor hormoni acneici, al insulinei (ceea ce inseamna inflamatie, un ten mai uleios si pori mai incarcati) si productia de AGE (produsi de glicare avansata finala).
