Pregateste pachetelul pentru scoala si\/sau job (gasesti o multime de idei pe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">blogul Sano Vita<\/a>). Fa-ti o lista mentala sau scrisa cu ce vei avea de facut in prima parte a zilei, la munca. Astfel, a doua zi te vei trezi cu o lista mai scurta de lucruri de facut inainte de a iesi pe usa, vei sti exact ce ai de facut la job si vei fi mai eficienta si mai productiva.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2-relaxeaza-te-cu-un-dus-sau-o-baie\"><\/span>2. Fie ca alegi sa intri la dus inainte de a baga in pat sau imediat dupa ce ai ajuns acasa, de la munca, aceste 10-20 de minute de singuratate si liniste te pot ajuta nu doar sa te rupi de toate, ci si sa te pregatesti pentru cele 8 ore de somn care urmeaza.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3-nu-mai-manca-nimic-dupa-ora-20-00\"><\/span>3. Nu mai manca nimic dupa ora 20:00.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Toata lumea stie ca nu este recomandat sa mai mananci dupa ora 20:00, pentru a da timp stomacului tau se se odihneasca (corpul tau nu este menit sa doarma si sa digere in acelasi timp). Dupa o zi intreaga petrecuta in fata unui ecran sau facand ceva repetitiv, la munca, este timpul sa te concentrezi si pe alte lucruri si sa stabilesti o legatura cu oamenii din jurul tau. Pentru a elimina din peisaj toate cele care te apasa, discuta cu partenerul de viata, uita-te la o emisiune sau un documentar care te ajuta sa te detasezi de toate, citeste o carte si cufunda-te in lumea din paginile literare.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"6-stabileste-ti-un-orar-de-somn-si-tine-te-de-el\"><\/span>6. Dormi destul.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un somn de calitate in cazul adultilor inseamna intre 7 si 9 ore de odihna continua in fiecare noapte, fara a sforai, a te agita si a te trezi pe parcursul acestora si trecand pintr-un ciclu complet de somn (de la stadiul 2 la somnul REM) de 4-6 ori\/noapte. Daca si tu te numeri printre ei, nu mai fa asta! Social media poate fi tentata inainte de culcare, dar nu te ajuta sa iti relaxezi mintea, dimpotriva: indiferent de cat de tarzie este ora, vei descoperi cate o noua postare, o noua poza, un nou comentariu sau un articol interesant, care vor tine somnul la distanta si iti vor obosi ochii. Lumina albastra emisa de ecranul telefonului sau laptopului te pot tine treaza mai mult timp, deci inchide-ti notificarile cu 1-2 ore inainte de a te culca.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"9-citeste-o-carte\"><\/span>9. Citeste o carte.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fie care ii citesti copilului tau, inainte de culcare, fie ca te bagi in propriul pat cu o carte in mana, ideea este una foarte buna: literatura de fictiune, in special, ne face mai creativi si mai deschisi la minte (conform unui <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/article-2342635\/Readers-literary-fiction-better-thinkers-according-new-research.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">studiu<\/a> al Universitatii din Toronto), iar o carte buna ne concentreaza gandurile pe povestea din ea, eliminand alte preocupari din peisaj.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"10-fii-recunoscatoare-pentru-ziua-incheiata\"><\/span>10. Nu-ti poti rezolva problemele in somn, deciaccepta-e si lasa-le pe ziua de maine! Inainte de culcare trebuie sa accepti ceea ce poate fi facut in alta zi, sa fii mandra ca astazi ai rezolvat anumite lucruri si sa te inconjori de ganduri calde si pozitive.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Incearca sa iti faci ordine in minte in fiecare seara si sa fii recunoscatoare pentru 1 lucru care ti-a mers bine: poate a fost soare afara si ti-a crescut mult patrunjelul pe balcon; poate ca cel mai mic membru al familiei a invatat, in sfarsit, sa inoate; poate ca toata familia este sanatoasa si linistita; poate ca ai primit cadou un parfum mult dorit.
