se crede ca a fost produs pentru prima dat\u0103 \u00een timpul Dinastiei Han (206 \u00ee.Hr. \u2013 220).<\/li>\n<li>Este un preparat natural, din boabe de soia, ap\u0103 \u0219i substan\u021be coagulante (clorur\u0103 de magneziu), f\u0103r\u0103 conservan\u021bi sau arome artificiale.<\/li>\n<li>Este foarte bogat \u00een proteine \u0219i este o surs\u0103 de minerale (mangan, seleniu, fosfor, calciu, cupru, iod, fier), acizi gra\u0219i polinesatura\u021bi (omega 3, 6) \u0219i fitoestrogeni (izoflavone), cu rol \u00een sus\u021binerea cardiovascular\u0103, sc\u0103derea colesterolului, prevenirea osteoporozei, sus\u021binerea imunit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i lupta \u00eempotriva simptomelor menopauzei.<\/li>\n<li>Tofu mai este cunoscut drept \u201dbr\u00e2nza de soia\u201d sau \u201dbr\u00e2nza de Asia\u201d, asta \u0219i pentru c\u0103 procesul de produc\u021bie este foarte similar cu cel al br\u00e2nzei. Avantajul principal este acela c\u0103 are un con\u021binut redus de gr\u0103simi, comparativ cu br\u00e2nza de origine animal\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>Tofu e op\u021biunea perfect\u0103 pentru persoanele cu intoleran\u021b\u0103 la lactoz\u0103, iar dac\u0103 vrei s\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi faci singur tofu acas\u0103, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/tofu-de-casa\/\">iat\u0103 cum<\/a>.
