Dincolo de faptul c\u0103 ne influen\u021beaz\u0103 semnificativ starea de spirit, ajut\u00e2ndu-ne s\u0103 fim pozitivi \u0219i optimi\u0219ti, soarele are \u0219i beneficii dovedite \u0219tiin\u021bific asupra st\u0103rii de s\u0103n\u0103tate: ne ajut\u0103 s\u0103 fix\u0103m calciul \u0219i s\u0103 sintetiz\u0103m vitamina D, contribuie la intensificarea metabolismului \u0219i arderea caloriilor, spore\u0219te func\u021bia rinichilor, previne osteoporoza \u0219i multe altele.<\/p>\n<p>Pe de alt\u0103 parte, expunerea la soare excesiv\u0103 sau f\u0103r\u0103 protec\u021bia solar\u0103 adecvat\u0103 nu doar c\u0103 poate afecta semnificativ aspectul pielii (\u00eemb\u0103tr\u00e2nire, riduri, pete, pistrui) sau c\u0103 ne poate provoca nepl\u0103ceri serioase imediate (arsuri solare de gradul I sau II, insola\u021bia, intoleran\u021ba la soare, fotosensibilitatea), ci are consecin\u021be negative asupra s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii, favoriz\u00e2nd afec\u021biuni grave cum ar fi cancerul de piele sau cataracta.<\/p>\n<p>De aceea sunt recomandate respectarea unor reguli clare pentru protec\u021bia solar\u0103. Pe unele le \u0219tim foarte bine (ne\u00eensemn\u00e2nd automat c\u0103 le \u0219i punem \u00een aplicare): s\u0103 ne d\u0103m cu crem\u0103 de protec\u021bie, s\u0103 purt\u0103m ceva pe cap, s\u0103 ne hidrat\u0103m foarte bine \u0219i s\u0103 evit\u0103m expunerea \u00een orele considerate periculoase, 10-16.<\/p>\n<p>Cu toate aceasta, s-a dovedit c\u0103 aceste m\u0103suri de baz\u0103 nu sunt suficiente \u0219i c\u0103 trebuie luate ac\u021biuni suplimentare pentru o protec\u021bie optim\u0103 a pielii. Iat\u0103 c\u00e2teva ponturi bune, unele mai pu\u021bin cunoscute, pentru a-\u021bi proteja pielea \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103tatea \u00eentr-o var\u0103 canicular\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Folose\u0219te protec\u021bia solar\u0103 \u00een fiecare zi, chiar dac\u0103 este \u00eennorat afar\u0103. Crema pentru protec\u021bia solar\u0103 trebuie aplicat\u0103 la fiecare dou\u0103 ore. Dac\u0103 \u00eeno\u021bi sau transpiri foarte tare, aplic\u0103 un strat pe partea expus\u0103 a pielii chiar la fiecare or\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>Acord\u0103 o aten\u021bie sporit\u0103 c\u00e2nd e\u0219ti l\u00e2ng\u0103 ap\u0103 sau nisip. Aceste suprafe\u021be reflect\u0103 razele solare, \u00een special cele UVB, ceea ce cre\u0219te posibilitatea de a c\u0103p\u0103ta arsuri. Aten\u021bie, \u0219epcile nu \u00ee\u021bi protejeaz\u0103 ceafa \u0219i umerii, iar bandanele acoper\u0103 doar scalpul, ceea ce este insuficient.<\/li>\n<li>Precau\u021bia e cheia dac\u0103 iei medicamente care-\u021bi pot cre\u0219te sensibilitatea la soare, cum ar fi anumite tipuri de antibiotice, antiinflamatoare, antifungice sau medicamente pentru tensiunea arterial\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>Foarte important: alimenta\u021bia este deseori ignorat\u0103 atunci c\u00e2nd vine vorba de m\u0103suri de protec\u021bie solar\u0103. Cu toate acestea, conceptul de fotoprotec\u021bie sistemic\u0103 prin mijloace dietetice este din ce \u00een ce mai actual.
