Nu se refer\u0103 numai la gustul m\u00e2nc\u0103rii sau la calit\u0103\u021bile ei nutritive, ci la cum ne lu\u0103m mesele zi de zi \u0219i cum le integr\u0103m \u00een programul nostru.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen ultimele decenii s-a r\u0103sp\u00e2ndit tot mai mult practica m\u00e2ncatului absent sau <em>mindless eating. <\/em>Atunci c\u00e2nd m\u00e2nc\u0103m \u00een fa\u021ba televizorului, sau \u00een timp ce conducem ori vorbim la telefon, c\u00e2nd suntem complet distra\u0219i de alt\u0103 activitate dec\u00e2t s\u0103 ne concentr\u0103m pe ce avem \u00een farfurie, intr\u0103m pe un fel de pilot automat. Acest fenomen este str\u00e2ns legat de nivelul tot mai ridicat de obezitate, m\u00e2ncat \u00een exces \u0219i anxietate.
