Astfel \u00een loc s\u0103 renun\u021bi la ciocolat\u0103, poate ar fi bine s\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi propui s\u0103 m\u0103n\u00e2nci numai una pe lun\u0103 sau c\u0103 o s\u0103 \u00eencerci <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/ciocolata-cu-alune-de-padure\/\">variante mai s\u0103n\u0103toase ale acesteia<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Obiective clare<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Suntem cu to\u021bii tenta\u021bi la \u00eenceput s\u0103 ne promitem lucruri precum: vreau s\u0103 sl\u0103besc, vreau s\u0103 fiu mai productiv sau vreau s\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u021b s\u0103 c\u00e2nt la chitar\u0103. \u00cens\u0103 dac\u0103 vrei cu adev\u0103rat s\u0103 faci asta, ar trebui s\u0103 fii mai specific.
