Explica\u021bia, mai jos.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Cum ne ajut\u0103 sportul la concentrare?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Studiile arat\u0103 cum diferite forme de activitate fizic\u0103 precum <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/abs\/pii\/S0306452209001171?casa_token=37HK-ayyiTwAAAAA:ySXJUH_4zsOWtktEyYKLusdGsLueDqHeY4Y1Sx3OioJjKKeIPWX01lbx5V4eQWGF-p4U2fPEA9Q\">mersul pe jos<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC4929070\/\">alergatul<\/a> \u0219i <a href=\"http:\/\/irep.ntu.ac.uk\/id\/eprint\/33530\/1\/11030_Cooper.pdf\">jocurile \u00een echip\u0103<\/a> (a\u0219a cum sunt fotbalul sau baschetul) au un efect pozitiv asupra concentr\u0103rii \u00een cazul persoanelor tinere. \u00cens\u0103 de cele mai multe ori efectul tinde s\u0103 dispar\u0103 dup\u0103 o or\u0103, de aceea ar trebui s\u0103 facem pu\u021bin\u0103 mi\u0219care \u00een diferite intervale de timp de pe parcursul zilei.<\/p>\n<p>Alte studii au relevat faptul c\u0103 adolescen\u021bii care fac constant mi\u0219care au o capacitate de concentrare mai ridicat\u0103 dec\u00e2t cei care <a href=\"https:\/\/bmcpublichealth.biomedcentral.com\/articles\/10.1186\/s12889-020-09484-w\">nu practic\u0103 niciun sport<\/a>. Baz\u00e2ndu-ne pe ce am spus p\u00e2n\u0103 acum, rezult\u0103 faptul c\u0103 activitatea fizic\u0103 constant\u0103 duce la o dezvoltare a capacit\u0103\u021bii de concentrare \u00een cadrul copiilor \u0219i a adolescen\u021bilor. Dar cu adul\u021bii cum r\u0103m\u00e2ne?<\/p>\n<p>Chiar dac\u0103 nu s-au realizat foarte multe studii axate pe adul\u021bi \u00een aceast\u0103 direc\u021bie, am putut descoperi faptul c\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 \u0219i 20 de minute de mers pe jos sau de jogging ne pot ajuta s\u0103 ne concentr\u0103m timp de aproape <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/abs\/pii\/S0006899312004003?casa_token=4VvVk8VEeEQAAAAA:RNAGs9jDIA2bu13i47PjgMIbP1Axyeov0GNcUGGPu_U_zqPkvOSGhiCvg0Gl9ogOreE26QUfZpQ\">o or\u0103<\/a>. Aceste pauze realizate \u00een timpul zilei \u00een care facem c\u00e2teva exerci\u021bii fizice nu numai c\u0103 ne sporesc capacitatea de concentrare, dar ne \u0219i ajut\u0103 s\u0103 ne \u201e\u00eenc\u0103rc\u0103m bateriile\u201d \u0219i s\u0103 ne bine-dispunem. Toate aceste lucruri ne pot \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi \u0219i productivitatea, a\u0219a \u00ee\u021bi po\u021bi termina mai repede tot ce ai de f\u0103cut \u0219i \u00een timpul r\u0103mas te po\u021bi relaxa f\u0103r\u0103 urme de regret. Totodat\u0103, activitatea fizic\u0103 constant\u0103 \u0219i crescut\u0103 ofer\u0103 numeroase beneficii la nivel cognitiv &#8211; printre care \u0219i concentrarea &#8211; chiar \u0219i persoanelor cu o <a href=\"https:\/\/psycnet.apa.org\/record\/2015-55483-005\">v\u00e2rst\u0103 de peste 65 de ani<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Care este mai exact mecanismul din spatele acestui lucru? Poate fi faptul c\u0103 atunci c\u00e2nd facem sport corpul nostru devine mai alert \u0219i avem parte de o bun\u0103 dispozi\u021bie, lucruri care pot duce la \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea concentr\u0103rii &#8211; asta la nivel psihologic. La nivel fizic, \u00een timpul activit\u0103\u021bilor fizice, fluxul de s\u00e2nge cre\u0219te, astfel creierul devine mai oxigenat, lucru care poate duce la anumite <a href=\"https:\/\/physoc.onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/full\/10.14814\/phy2.12163\">schimb\u0103ri<\/a>. \u00cens\u0103 cel mai important lucru este faptul c\u0103 func\u021bioneaz\u0103.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Ce exerci\u021bii ar trebui s\u0103 facem?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Nu exist\u0103 un anumit set de exerci\u021bii pe care ar trebui s\u0103 \u00eel urmezi. De obicei sporturile \u00een care e\u0219ti pus \u00een pozi\u021bia de a lua decizii pe loc \u2013 cum sunt sporturile \u00een echip\u0103 \u2013 te pot ajuta s\u0103 te concentrezi dup\u0103 finalizarea acestora deoarece \u0219i creierul t\u0103u se antreneaz\u0103 \u00een timpul exerci\u021biului.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cens\u0103 a\u0219a cum v\u0103 spunem mereu, totul trebuie f\u0103cut cu un anumit echilibru.
