Iar dac\u0103 marea este primul loc care \u00ee\u021bi vine \u00een minte atunci c\u00e2nd \u00ee\u021bi planifici vacan\u021ba \u0219i nu te po\u021bi desp\u0103r\u021bi de farmecul ei la plecare, atunci exist\u0103 \u0219anse mari s\u0103 experimentezi efectul \u201eblue mind\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>La ce se refer\u0103 conceptul \u201eblue mind\u201d?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>\u201eBlue mind\u201d este, de fapt, un concept bine documentat \u0219i recunoscut pentru beneficiile sale. A fost introdus de biologul marin Wallace J. Nichols \u0219i se refer\u0103 la starea de spirit echilibrat\u0103, calm\u0103 \u0219i aproape meditativ\u0103 pe care o resim\u021bim atunci c\u00e2nd ne afl\u0103m l\u00e2ng\u0103 un corp de ap\u0103, precum un lac sau un r\u00e2u, dar mai ales atunci c\u00e2nd ne afl\u0103m pe malul m\u0103rii (sau al oceanului) \u2013 un a\u0219a-zis \u201eantidot\u201d pentru cotidianul tumultos al vie\u021bii \u00eentr-un ora\u0219 aglomerat.<\/p>\n<p>Astfel, conceptul de \u201eblue mind\u201d nu este departe de ceea ce numim hidroterapie, adic\u0103 folosirea apei \u0219i a timpului petrecut \u00een preajma ei (relax\u00e2ndu-ne sau practic\u00e2nd un sport acvatic) pentru a reduce stresul.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Cum ne ajut\u0103 marea pe plan psihologic?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Numeroase studii psihologice au relevat faptul c\u0103 timpul petrecut l\u00e2ng\u0103 ap\u0103 este esen\u021bial \u00een atingerea \u0219i men\u021binerea unei st\u0103ri de spirit pozitive, cu efecte benefice pe termen scurt \u0219i lung. Mai mult, albastrul reflectat de ap\u0103 \u0219i perceput de ochiul uman poate reduce stresul \u0219i poate avea un efect calmant asupra min\u021bii.<\/p>\n<p>Sunetul meditativ al valurilor care se sparg de \u021b\u0103rm tinde nu doar s\u0103 ne calmeze, ci s\u0103 ne ofere starea potrivit\u0103 pentru a c\u0103p\u0103ta o g\u00e2ndire de perspectiv\u0103 asupra vie\u021bii, ajut\u00e2ndu-ne s\u0103 ne distan\u021b\u0103m de acele g\u00e2nduri de nelini\u0219te, \u00eengrijorare \u0219i stres.<\/p>\n<p>Conceptul de \u201eblue mind\u201d presupune c\u0103 te po\u021bi bucura de efectele lini\u0219titoare ale m\u0103rii fie c\u0103 o admiri de pe plaj\u0103, fie dintr-o barc\u0103 sau \u00eenot\u00e2nd. Spre exemplu, \u00eenotul ajut\u0103 la secre\u021bia de endorfine, stimuleaz\u0103 sistemul muscular \u0219i, combinat cu efectul lini\u0219titor al apei, poate fi utilizat chiar \u00een tratarea unor afec\u021biuni \u0219i disfunc\u021bii psihologice.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Beneficiile aerului de mare<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Marea ne ajut\u0103 psihicul \u0219i prin intermediul aerosolilor. Ionii negativi din aerul reg\u0103sit pe malul m\u0103rii accelereaz\u0103 ritmul \u0219i abilitatea organismului de a absorbi oxigen, lucru care are ca efect echilibrarea nivelului de serotonin\u0103, hormon care ne influen\u021beaz\u0103 starea de spirit \u0219i nivelul de stres.
