Studiile arat\u0103 cum tot mai mul\u021bi dintre noi \u00ee\u0219i petrec mare parte din timp g\u00e2ndindu-se la trecut \u0219i \u00eengrijor\u00e2ndu-ne pentru viitor &#8211; ac\u021biuni care ne distrag \u0219i nu ne ajut\u0103 \u00een via\u021ba de zi cu zi. De c\u00e2te ori v-a\u021bi surprins \u00eentr-o avalan\u0219\u0103 de g\u00e2nduri? Sau mai bine zis, de c\u00e2te ori v-a\u021bi dat timp s\u0103 nu v\u0103 g\u00e2ndi\u021bi la nimic \u2013 s\u0103 nu v\u0103 g\u00e2ndi\u021bi la deadline-ul de la munc\u0103, la ce or\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 duce\u021bi copiii la activit\u0103\u021bi extra\u0219colare, la ce s\u0103 mai g\u0103ti\u021bi sau la ce ve\u021bi face m\u00e2ine, dar poim\u00e2ine, dar peste o lun\u0103? O minte ocupat\u0103 constant este o minte obosit\u0103 \u0219i agitat\u0103, care nu v\u0103 permite s\u0103 v\u0103 bucura\u021bi de momentul prezent (care se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 chiar acum \u0219i cu care nu v\u0103 ve\u021bi mai \u00eent\u00e2lni). Starea de bine \u0219i echilibrul se construiesc cu pa\u0219i mici, dar siguri, zi de zi, de aceea speciali\u0219tii vin \u00een \u00eent\u00e2mpinarea noastr\u0103 cu un concept denumit <em>mindfulness, <\/em>care const\u0103 \u00een practicarea anumitor exerci\u021bii astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 ne putem concentra aten\u021bia pe experien\u021ba fiec\u0103rui moment \u00een parte, \u00een mod deschis \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 a judeca. \u00cen contextul actual \u00een care efectele pandemiei se resimt at\u00e2t la nivel local, c\u00e2t \u0219i global, se impune practicarea mindfulness-ului pentru o via\u021b\u0103 echilibrat\u0103. S\u0103 afl\u0103m \u00eempreun\u0103 din r\u00e2ndurile urm\u0103toare cum s\u0103 tr\u0103im timpul prezent pentru a fi, zi de zi, mai bine.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Mindfulness<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Ca practic\u0103, mindfulness-ul provine din budism \u0219i are o istorie veche de mai bine de 2.500 de ani. Mindfulness-ul presupune integrarea disciplinei \u00een activitatea de zi cu zi.
