Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 asta, trebuie s\u0103 \u021binem cont c\u0103 sunt unele persoane c\u0103rora nu le place s\u0103 fac\u0103 mi\u0219care acas\u0103 \u2013 au nevoie de atmosfera specific\u0103 din s\u0103lile de sport, de un ajutor, de un spervizor care s\u0103 le ghideze \u0219i cu care s\u0103 interac\u021bioneze.<\/p>\n<p>Unii mai con\u0219tiincio\u0219i fac acas\u0103 &#8211; abdomene, genuflexiuni, exerci\u021bii cu gantere, \u00een timp ce majoritatea renun\u021b\u0103. Ce factor creeaz\u0103 diferen\u021ba \u00eentre cele dou\u0103 grupuri de oameni? Educa\u021bia! Cei care fac acas\u0103 sport \u00een ciuda tututor obstacolelor &#8211; \u0219i nu m\u0103 refer aici doar la cei pasiona\u021bi sau doar la cei care au condi\u021bii prielnice \u0219i \u00een intimitatea casei lor. Ci la to\u021bi cei care fac mi\u0219care &#8211; sunt cei care au fost educa\u021bi \u00eenc\u0103 de mici. Care au o cultur\u0103 a sportului \u0219i care au realizat efectele benefice pe care sportul le are asupra organismului pe termen scurt. Sunt cei care fac mi\u0219care la fel cum se spal\u0103 pe din\u021bi, zilnic \u0219i consecvent, nu pentru c\u0103 trebuie, ci pentru c\u0103 simt c\u0103 le este bine a\u0219a.<\/p>\n<p>De aceea recomand s\u0103 lua\u021bi aminte de importan\u021ba sportului \u00eenc\u0103 de la v\u00e2rste fragede \u0219i s\u0103 dezvolta\u021bi \u2013 pentru copii \u0219i chiar \u0219i pentru dumneavoastr\u0103 \u2013 o cultur\u0103 a sportului. Sunt mul\u021bi copii care nu \u0219tiu s\u0103 alerge, s\u0103 stea drep\u021bi sau s\u0103 respire corect. Sunt aspecte care la prima vedere nu sunt deosebite, dar pe termen lung schimb\u0103 vie\u021bi \u0219i atitudini.<\/p>\n<p>Data viitoare, g\u00e2ndi\u021bi-v\u0103 de dou\u0103 ori \u00eenainte de a le \u00eenlocui ora de sport cu o alt\u0103 materie, c\u00e2nd alege\u021bi ma\u0219ina \u00een detrimentul unei plimb\u0103ri cu bicicleta sau pe jos sau c\u00e2nd \u00eei l\u0103sa\u021bi mai mult timp \u00een fa\u021ba ecranelor.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Cere ajutorul! <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Indiferent c\u0103 vorbim despre copii sau adul\u021bi, to\u021bi avem nevoie de un sprijin, de un model moral la care ne uit\u0103m \u0219i lu\u0103m aminte, de un personaj care s\u0103 spun\u0103 \u2013 <em>hai c\u0103 mai po\u021bi<\/em>, c\u00e2nd tu crezi c\u0103 nu mai po\u021bi.
