Rezultatul sunt ni\u0219te simptome foarte deranjante sau inflama\u021bie la nivelul organismului, care poate duce la sc\u0103derea absorb\u021biei nutrien\u021bilor sau anemie. Exist\u0103 mai multe tipuri de reac\u021bii la gluten posibile, iar fiecare are implica\u021bii diferite. \u00cen continuare explic\u0103m care sunt aceste reac\u021bii \u0219i ce caracteristici au fiecare. Re\u021bine c\u0103 cea mai bun\u0103 solu\u021bie s\u0103 evi\u021bi simptomele cauzate de gluten este s\u0103 elimini din diet\u0103 orice alimente care \u00eel con\u021bin.<\/p>\n<h3>1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Intoleran\u021ba la gluten<\/h3>\n<p>Intoleran\u021ba la gluten reprezint\u0103 o reac\u021bie a organismului la proteina g\u0103sit\u0103 \u00een gr\u00e2u, secar\u0103, orz sau gri\u0219. Po\u021bi avea aceast\u0103 reac\u021bie de la boala celiac\u0103 sau doar de la sensibilitate la gluten.
