Pentru a evita bolilor infecto-contagioase sau pentru o trecere mai u\u0219oar\u0103 prin ele, suplimentele alimentare pot fi solu\u021bia de care avem nevoie.<\/p>\n<p>Uneori par tot timpul r\u0103ci\u021bi, unii pediatri observ\u00e2nd c\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la v\u00e2rsta de pre\u0219colar, copiii au cam de 7-8 ori pe an \u201er\u0103celi\u201d. Cifra scade la 6, \u00een perioada de \u0219colar, iar la adult media este de o r\u0103ceala pe an (2).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pentru a le face fa\u021b\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 probleme, este nevoie ca imunitatea s\u0103 fie optim\u0103<\/strong>.
