A\u0219a sunt papana\u0219ii fier\u021bi, g\u0103lu\u0219te moi, n\u0103scute \u00een satele de munte, unde simplitatea era virtute, iar fiecare mas\u0103 avea suflet.<\/p>\n<p>Nu sunt pr\u0103ji\u021bi, nu sunt \u00eensiropa\u021bi cu zah\u0103r \u00een exces \u2013 ci fier\u021bi, t\u0103v\u0103li\u021bi cu grij\u0103 prin pesmet rumenit \u0219i servi\u021bi cu drag.<\/p>\n<p>Aceast\u0103 re\u021bet\u0103 p\u0103streaz\u0103 spiritul lor rustic, dar le ofer\u0103 o not\u0103 contemporan\u0103: semin\u021be de chia pentru textur\u0103, mei \u0219i ov\u0103z pentru o arom\u0103 bl\u00e2nd\u0103, gri\u0219 pentru fine\u021be. Nu sunt excesiv de dulci, ci echilibrat savuro\u0219i, complet\u00e2ndu-se perfect cu un strat fin de pesmet auriu, crem\u0103 de fistic \u0219i un sos acri\u0219or din fructe de p\u0103dure, care le aduce prospe\u021bime \u00een farfurie.<\/p>\n<p>Se pot m\u00e2nca simpli sau cu iaurt vegetal rece, iar dac\u0103 adaugi \u0219i c\u00e2teva fructe proaspete \u2013 ai ob\u021binut un desert care e, \u00een acela\u0219i timp, reconfortant, proasp\u0103t, nostalgic \u0219i nou.<\/p>\n<p>Ace\u0219tia nu sunt doar papana\u0219i. Sunt o invita\u021bie de a redescoperi gustul \u00een forme neprev\u0103zute. O \u00eentoarcere la simplitate. Las\u0103 compozi\u021bia s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103 complet, pentru a ob\u021bine o textur\u0103 ferm\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\u00centre timp, preg\u0103te\u0219te pesmetul[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=&#8221;the-post-section-title&#8221;]Sos acri\u0219or de fructe de p\u0103dure[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\u2022 Mix de fructe de p\u0103dure (proaspete sau congelate) \u2013 150 g<br \/>\n\u2022 Zah\u0103r \u2013 30-50 g (\u00een func\u021bie de dulcea\u021ba fructelor)<br \/>\n\u2022 Amidon \u2013 1 g (dizolvat \u00een pu\u021bin\u0103 ap\u0103 rece)<\/p>\n<p>Pune fructele cu zah\u0103rul \u00eentr-o tigaie la foc mic. Las\u0103-le s\u0103 se g\u0103teasc\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 se \u00eenmoaie complet.
