Preg\u0103tirea legumelor: Cur\u0103\u021b\u0103 morcovul, \u021belina, ceapa \u0219i ardeiul. Taie morcovul \u0219i \u021belina \u00een cuburi de 2\u20133 cm. Taie ceapa \u00een dou\u0103, iar ardeiul las\u0103-l \u00eentreg.<br \/>\n2. Usturoiul copt: Taie c\u0103p\u0103\u021b\u00e2na de usturoi pe orizontal\u0103, unge-o cu pu\u021bin ulei \u0219i \u00eenvele\u0219te-o \u00een folie de aluminiu.<br \/>\n3. Las\u0103-l la marinat minimum 5 minute.<br \/>\n<strong>Coacere: <\/strong>Pune tofu pe o tav\u0103 tapetat\u0103 cu h\u00e2rtie de copt. Coace-l \u00een cuptor la 200\u00b0C timp de 10 minute. <strong>Verific\u0103 frecvent<\/strong> \u2013 trebuie s\u0103 fie rumenit, dar nu ars.
