Preg\u0103tirea frunzelor de praz:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Alege un praz gros. Taie partea alb\u0103 (aprox. 15\u201320 cm), p\u0103str\u00e2nd-o \u00eentreag\u0103.<br \/>\n\u2022 Cu un cu\u021bit bine ascu\u021bit, taie prazul pe lungime, f\u0103r\u0103 a-l separa complet, doar p\u00e2n\u0103 la jum\u0103tate.<br \/>\n\u2022 Desf\u0103 cu grij\u0103 frunz\u0103 cu frunz\u0103. Dac\u0103 unele se rup, le po\u021bi suprapune ulterior la umplut.<br \/>\n\u2022 Fierbe ap\u0103 cu sare \u00eentr-o oal\u0103 larg\u0103. Scufund\u0103 frunzele 1 minut, c\u00e2t s\u0103 se \u00eenmoaie u\u0219or.<br \/>\n\u2022 Scoate-le imediat \u00eentr-un bol cu ap\u0103 rece pentru a opri procesul de g\u0103tire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Umplutura:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 C\u0103le\u0219te ceapa \u00een ulei, apoi adaug\u0103 usturoiul, morcovul \u0219i \u021belina date pe r\u0103z\u0103toare.<br \/>\n\u2022 Adaug\u0103 pu\u021bin\u0103 ap\u0103 \u0219i las\u0103 totul s\u0103 se \u00eenmoaie u\u0219or.<br \/>\n\u2022 Pune tofu ras \u0219i n\u0103utul zdrobit, amestec\u00e2nd bine.<br \/>\n\u2022 Condimenteaz\u0103 cu sare, piper, cimbru \u0219i adaug\u0103 p\u0103trunjelul tocat.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ia de pe foc \u0219i las\u0103 compozi\u021bia s\u0103 se r\u0103coreasc\u0103 u\u0219or.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. \u00cempachetarea frunzelor \u2013 tehnica \u201etriunghi\u201d:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 G\u00e2nde\u0219te-te la o \u00eempachetare similar\u0103 cu cea a sarmalelor grece\u0219ti sau a samoselor.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ia o frunz\u0103 de praz \u0219i a\u0219az\u0103-o pe plan\u0219et\u0103.<br \/>\n\u2022 Pune o lingur\u0103 de umplutur\u0103 la un cap\u0103t.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00cendoaie col\u021bul st\u00e2ng spre dreapta, form\u00e2nd un triunghi.<br \/>\n\u2022 Continu\u0103 s\u0103 pliezi \u00een form\u0103 de triunghi, rul\u00e2nd de dou\u0103 ori, p\u00e2n\u0103 termini frunza.<br \/>\n\u2022 Dac\u0103 frunza e prea scurt\u0103 sau s-a rupt, folose\u0219te dou\u0103 suprapuse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.
