Dincolo de furnizarea energiei necesare pentru activitatea fizic\u0103 \u0219i sus\u021binerea unui somn odihnitor, alimenta\u021bia contribuie la modularea st\u0103rii de spirit, a performan\u021belor cognitive \u0219i la preven\u021bia diabetului zaharat \u0219i a obezit\u0103\u021bii, cu impact direct asupra valorilor tensiunii arteriale \u0219i ale colesterolului plasmatic.<\/p>\n<p>Riscul cardiovascular (cardiometabolic) este determinat de o combina\u021bie de factori de risc, dintre care cinci sunt considera\u021bi cei mai importan\u021bi: hipertensiunea arterial\u0103, fumatul, nivelul crescut al colesterolului (dislipidemia), diabetul zaharat \u0219i obezitatea (adeseori asociat\u0103 modului de via\u021b\u0103 actual: exces caloric prin aport alimentar \u0219i deficit de consum caloric prin activitate fizic\u0103).<\/p>\n<p>Identificarea precoce (control medical periodic complet, inclusiv analize medicale) \u0219i controlul intensiv al acestor factori modificabili prin mod de via\u021b\u0103 optimizat (diet\u0103 echilibrat\u0103 \u0219i activitate fizic\u0103 zilnic\u0103) pot reduce semnificativ riscul de complica\u021bii cardiometabolice \u2013 inclusiv riscul de atac de cord sau accident vascular cerebral (principalele cauze de deces \u0219i de dizabilitate \u00een Rom\u00e2nia). [\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;23989&#8243; img_size=&#8221;medium&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_column_text el_class=&#8221;the-post-section-title&#8221;]Cum anume ne afecteaz\u0103 cei 5 factori majori de risc cardiovascular?[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<strong>Hipertensiunea arterial\u0103 (HTA)<\/strong>: Valorile tensiunii arteriale constant crescute (peste 140\/90 mmHg) afecteaz\u0103 \u00een principal inima \u0219i arterele \u2013 tensiunea arterial\u0103 este de fapt presiunea exercitat\u0103 pe pere\u021bii arterelor noastre (prima valoare, adic\u0103 sistolic\u0103, este cea determinat\u0103 de expulzarea cu putere a s\u00e2ngelui din cordul nostru \u00een timpul sistolei, iar cea de-a doua valoare, adic\u0103 diastolic\u0103, este presiunea constant\u0103 din artere, pentru c\u0103 arterele sunt elastice \u0219i men\u021bin o presiune necesar\u0103 bunei func\u021bionalit\u0103\u021bi).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Consumul de tutun<\/strong> (de orice form\u0103): Substan\u021bele toxice inhalate prin ardere sau \u00eenc\u0103lzire altereaz\u0103 major func\u021bia endoteliului vascular (stratul celular ce protejeaz\u0103 \u0219i regleaz\u0103 buna func\u021bionare a arterelor noastre) \u0219i cresc riscul de tromboz\u0103, elemente centrale ce duc la complica\u021bii \u0219i deces cardiovascular.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nivelurile crescute de LDL colesterol<\/strong> (colesterol &#8222;r\u0103u&#8221;) sunt responsabile de apari\u021bia pl\u0103cilor de aterom \u0219i apari\u021bia complica\u021biilor cardiovasculare (trigliceridele crescute sunt de asemenea corelate cu risc crescut).
