Aceast\u0103 p\u0103dure reprezint\u0103 <strong>riscul nostru cardiometabolic.<\/strong> Cu c\u00e2t riscul este mai mare, cu at\u00e2t p\u0103durea este mai deas\u0103, iar copacii din jur sunt mai mul\u021bi \u0219i mai gro\u0219i.<\/p>\n<p>Vestea bun\u0103 este c\u0103<strong> st\u0103 \u00een puterea noastr\u0103 s\u0103 influen\u021b\u0103m acest risc.<\/strong> Putem \u00eempiedica p\u0103durea s\u0103 devin\u0103 \u0219i mai greu de str\u0103b\u0103tut printr-un stil de via\u021b\u0103 optimizat, \u0219i, atunci c\u00e2nd este necesar, prin tratament medicamentos cu eficien\u021b\u0103 dovedit\u0103 \u0219tiin\u021bific.<\/p>\n<p>Este important de \u00een\u021beles \u00eens\u0103 un lucru esen\u021bial: <strong>ceea ce facem ast\u0103zi influen\u021beaz\u0103 viitorul, nu trecutul, care este ireversibil.<\/strong> Dar putem opri apari\u021bia unor copaci noi \u0219i \u00eengro\u0219area celor existen\u021bi.
