C\u00e2nd prind culoare, adaug\u0103 ceapa \u0219i un praf de sare, apoi g\u0103te\u0219te-le 3-4 minute. Pune usturoiul, cimbrul \u0219i pasta de tomate, amestec\u0103 30 secunde, apoi stinge cu supa de legume\/ ap\u0103\/ sau lichidul de la ciupercile deshidratate plus sosul de soia dac\u0103 \u00eel folose\u0219ti. Las\u0103 s\u0103 fiarb\u0103 domol 6-8 minute, p\u00e2n\u0103 rag\u00f9-ul devine lucios \u0219i legat.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cenc\u0103lze\u0219te o tigaie cu pu\u021bin ulei. Rumene\u0219te buc\u0103\u021bile de m\u0103m\u0103lig\u0103 2-3 minute pe fiecare parte, p\u00e2n\u0103 fac crust\u0103 crocant\u0103. O poti pune \u0219i la cuptor la func\u021bia de grill.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen paralel, g\u0103te\u0219te frig\u0103ruile \u00eentr-o tigaie grill sau tigaie foarte \u00eencins\u0103, 3-5 minute pe fiecare parte, p\u00e2n\u0103 cap\u0103t\u0103 rumenire intens\u0103 \u0219i r\u0103m\u00e2n suculente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Montaj:<\/strong> pune m\u0103maliga crocant\u0103 pe farfurie si adaug\u0103 rag\u00f9 de ciuperci deasupra, a\u0219az\u0103 frig\u0103ruile de pui lang\u0103.
