O calorie este egala cu cantitatea de caldura necesara pentru a ridica temperatura unui gram de apa de la 14,5 la 15,5 grade Celsius in conditii de presiune atmosferica normala. Suna complicat? Daca traducem defintiile stiintifice in termeni de nutritie, este, de fapt, mult mai simplu:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Orice bautura sau mancare pe care o oferim corpului se transforma in <strong>energie primita<\/strong> si aceasta este masurabila in calorii.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Orice activitate efectuam (si orice proces intern care se produce in organismul nostru) se poate masura in <strong>calorii<\/strong> <strong>consumate, arse.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rezumand aceste teorii in cuvinte simple, caloriile reprezinta combustibilul cu ajutorul caruia functioneaza masinaria care este corpul nostru. Il alimentam si apoi pornim la drum. Pe parcursul calatoriei masina se deplaseaza si consuma din combustibil.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"cum-trebuie-sa-calculam-caloriile-ca-sa-slabim\"><\/span>Cum trebuie sa calculam caloriile ca sa slabim?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Pornind tot de la comparatia de mai sus, apar doua intrebari:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ce se intampla atunci cand drumul este scurt, dar noi am facut o alimentare importanta?<\/strong> Cu alte cuvinte, am mancat mult, dar nu consumam\/ardem tot ce am consumat. Ei bine, combustibilul care ii prisoseste corpului va fi pastrat pentru mai tarziu, dar nu in aceeasi stare, ci se transforma in depozite de grasime.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ce se intampla atunci cand drumul este lung, iar alimentarea a fost insuficienta pentru a-l parcurge? <\/strong>Motorul va ramane fara combustibil si va porni sa consume din rezervele din portbagaj &#8211; unde portbagajul reprezinta depozitele de grasime de mai sus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cel mai simplu calculator de calorii spune asa: necesarul de calorii al unei femei cu o activitate obisnuita este de 20 de calorii pe zi\/kg, iar al unui barbat (care nu face un efort fizic intens) de 25 de caloriii\/zi\/kg. Tot ce este in plus se depune, tot ce este in minus ne ajuta sa slabim.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Atentie, insa!<\/strong> Trebuie sa tinem cont in acelasi timp ca metabolismul energetic este complex si unic pentru fiecare persoana. Este adevarat ca exista o asa numita termogeneza a alimentelor, care consta in consumul energetic al organismului pentru digerarea, absorbtia \u0219i metabolizarea alimentelor si ca acesta poate sa fie mai mare decat cantitatea calorica furnizata de aliment.<\/p>\n<p>In acelasi timp, alimentatia noastra nu trebuie sa aiba in vedere in primul rand masurarea exacta a caloriilor, nu totul se rezuma la calcule scriptice. Focusul principal al unei alimentatii sanatoase, care asigura scaderea in greutate si totodata mentinerea greutatii, trebuie sa fie introducerea in dieta a unei varietati de produse alimentare, consumul unei cantitati crescute de produse de origine vegetala si in mod special de fructe \u0219i legume, datorita continutului ridicat in fitonutrienti. \u0218i mai ales echilibru.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3605 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/slabire-sanatoasa-e1501611582150.jpg\" alt=\"slabire sanatoasa\" width=\"2456\" height=\"2033\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/slabire-sanatoasa-e1501611582150.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/slabire-sanatoasa-e1501611582150-324x268.jpg 324w, https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/slabire-sanatoasa-e1501611582150-768x636.jpg 768w, https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/slabire-sanatoasa-e1501611582150-587x486.jpg 587w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 2456px) 100vw, 2456px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ce-inseamna-calorii-negative\"><\/span>Ce inseamna calorii negative?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Daca nu ar fi extrem de dificil sa slabesti si apoi sa nu mai pui inapoi niciodata kilogramele de care ai scapat, obezitatea nu ar fi una din bolile ultimelor decenii. Stim asta, de aceea iti prezentam solutii. De exemplu, o \u00a0metoda simpla si eficienta de a slabi este sa profiti de asa-numitele <em>calorii negative<\/em>. Hai sa vedem ce inseamna asta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asa cum spuneam putin mai devreme, nu doar activitatile pe care le prestam ne fac sa pierdem calorii, ci orice proces care are loc in corpul nostru, orice actiune, cat de mica ar fi ea. Chiar si aceea de a manca si apoi de a descompune in nutrienti alimentele consumate. Unul din motivele pentru care te simti molesit dupa o masa copioasa este acela ca organismul tau isi directioneaza energia catre procesul de digestie.<\/p>\n<p>Ne-am obisnuit ca un aliment consumat sa ofere organismului o serie de nutrienti si o cantitate de calorii. Exista alimente care ofera foarte putini nutrienti si o gramada de calorii, dar exista si alimente care contin atat de putine calorii, incat efortul de digestie al organismului tau duce la un consum caloric mai mare decat aportul alimentului in sine. Tu te vei alege atat cu beneficiile din compozitia lui (reprezentate de vitamine, minerale, fibre si apa), cat si cu un consum caloric prin simplu fapt de a manca si procesa alimentul respectiv. Atat de simplu! Este drept insa ca nu ne putem hrani numai cu mere si sa ramanem sanatosi&#8230; Asadar, <a href=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/ce-sa-mananci-ca-sa-slabesti\/\">ce mancam ca sa slabim<\/a>?<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"td_quote_box td_box_center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Stiai ca doar 4 dintre componentele alimentelor ofera organismului tau calorii?<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">proteinele<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">carbohidratii<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">alcoolul<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">grasimile<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Vitaminele, mineralele si fibrele nu contin calorii.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"dieta-cu-calorii-negative\"><\/span>Dieta cu calorii negative<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dieta cu calorii negative se refera la consumul regulat, la mesele si gustarile zilnice a acelor alimente care contin calorii negative. Mirodeniile de natura vegetala nu ingrasa, daca ne referim aici la starea lor proaspata sau uscata, si nu la uleiurile extrase din acestea, sosurile sau pastele create pe baza lor, uneori cu un important adaos de zahar.
