In momentul in care ajung in intestin, fibrele din compozitia semintelor de chia stimuleaza miscarile peristaltice si antreneaza, in tranzitul lor, alte reziduri mai vechi. In acest mod, putem vorbi despre un aliment care actioneaza ca o matura pentru colonul tau. Daca te astepti sa poti manca orice vrei si in orice cantitate si totusi, doar pentru ca ai consumat gelul din seminte de chia inainte de masa, sa slabesti, vei fi de asemenea dezamagit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nu vei slabi peste noapte cu semintele de chia, ci treptat, sanatos si in mod absolut natural. In plus, stii vorba aceea: <em>cu o floare nu se face primavara?<\/em> Este valabila si aici. Pentru a vedea efecte, trebuie sa ai la modul general o alimentatie echilibrata si un ritm de viata ordonat, din care sa nu lipseasca miscarea si somnul. Semintele de chia sunt un ajutor (iar cei care se afla la dieta au nevoie de cat mai multe ajutoare de acest gen, intrucat nu e deloc simplu sa scapi de kilogramele in plus), dar nu pot contracara intr-o zi -doua, abuzurile alimentare repetate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si tu ai folosit semintele de chia ca sa slabesti?
