Datorita continutului de fibre si proteine este ideal pentru vegetarieni sau cei care tin post, iar gustul va cuceri pe toata lumea. Cand te apuci de gatit reteta de humus, le clatesti bine si apoi le pui la fiert in aceeasi cantitate de apa ca si la inmuiere.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Nautul se lasa la fiert o ora &#8211; o ora si jumatate, pana cand boabele devin moi si pufoase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Intre timp, pregatesti pasta de susan: semintele de susan se incing putin intr-o tigaie, la foc mic, amestecand continuu, pana cand devin usor lucioase. Fii atent si stai cu ochii pe ele, pentru ca sunt gata foarte repede. Trebuie sa ramana aurii, nu sa se rumeneasca.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Macini semintele de susan cat mai fin si apoi le amesteci bine cu o lingura de ulei.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Zdobesti usturoiul si storci lamaia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Dupa ce s-a fiert nautul, scurgi boabele si pastrezi putin din zeama pentru a mai adauga daca humusul se dovedeste prea tare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Pasezi boabele de naut la blender, impreuna cu pasta de susan, lamaia, usturoiul, uleiul de masline si sarea adaugata dupa gust. Daca ti se pare prea tare, mai adaugi putina zeama in care a fiert nautul pentru ca humusul tau sa capete o consistenta mai cremoasa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii Reteta de humus clasic<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Tinand nautul in apa timp de cel putin 8 ore inainte de preparare\u00a0ii veti activa proprietatile nutritive si ii vei scurta timpul de fierbere. Multa lume cumpara cutii cu naut gata fiert, insa, din pacate, in ele se poate adauga sare sau conservanti, pentru a mari timpul de valabilitate al produsului. Daca vrei sa stii exact ce pui in farfuria celor dragi, noi iti recomandam cu caldura sa fierbi chiar tu nautul pentru cea mai sanatoasa reteta de humus clasic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Esti interesat de calorii pentru humus? Afla ca o cana de naut fiert are aproximativ 100 de calorii. De aici, in functie de ingrediente si de cantitatea pregatita poti sa calculezi la cat se ridica valoarea nutritionala a preparatului tau.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Si tahini, celebra pasta de susan poate fi cumparata de-a gata, dar, pe acelasi principiu de mai sus, cred ca vei prefera sa o faci acasa. In plus, pretul va fi cu mult mai mic. Pasta de susan (tahini) &#8211; se face in general din 4-5 linguri de seminte susan crud sau copt (sau jumate crud si jumate copt), dupa preferinta, rasnite si amestecate cu 1 lingura apa sau 1 de ulei de susan\/ulei de masline\/zeama de lamaie. O alta varianta posibila este sa pui semintele de susan intregi in pasta de naut si sa renunti la rasnit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Marii specialisti in gastronomie sfatuiesc gospodinele ca, in momentul in care fac pentru prima data reteta de humus, mai ales reteta de humus clasic, fara inovatii, sa nu adauge de la inceput toate celelate ingrediente peste boabele de naut fiert, ci putin cate putin, gustand mereu, si sa se opreasca in momentul in care li se pare ca au pus suficient, chiar daca nu au terminat intreaga zeama de lamaie pregatita sau pasta de susan. Unii prefera humusul cu un gust mai pregnant de susan, de exemplu, altii prefera foarte putina zeama de lamaie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">La origine, humusul se manca la temperatura camerei sau fierbinte, nu de la frigider? Multa lumea afirma ca ar fi mai gustos in acest mod, asa ca nu iti ramane decat sa il incerci in mai multe variante de temperatura si sa compari.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ai nedumeriri despre modul in care se scrie numele acestui preparat (<em>humus<\/em> \u00a0sau <em>hummus<\/em>)? Se pare ca varianta <em>humus<\/em> a patruns foarte bine in limba romana si s-a impus de-a lungul timpului, eliminand consoana dubla, de dragul simplificarii. Ele se fierb, apoi\u00a0 se scurg si se paseaza la blender impreuna cu zeama de lamaie si un praf de sare. Pasta de naut este baza si pentru variantele de humus de mai jos.
