Nutritionistii seriosi, in cazul in care apelezi la ei, vor face acelasi lucru: te vor trimite sa efectuezi un control riguros. In caz contrar, este posibil sa se lupte, si ei si tu, cu morile de vant. Un organism care are o problema de functionare, mai ales una din domeniul endocrinologic va obtine mult mai greu (sau deloc) rezultatele dorite, chiar daca depune serioase eforturi. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"yiv3634824380MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"nu-cunosti-valoarea-nutritiva-a-alimentelor\"><\/span><span lang=\"FR\">Nu cunosti valoarea nutritiva a alimentelor<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"yiv3634824380MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"FR\">Un gratar nu este un simplu gratar daca alimentul de baza este ceafa de porc, o salata foarte bine intentionata devine o bomba calorica daca este asociata cu diverse sosuri pline de ulei sau smantana. Un fruct poate tine loc de gustare cu succes, dar nu unul care se prezinta sub forma de conserva in hypermarket, cu zeama dulce. \u00a0Cand stai sa calculezi valoarea in calorii a unui aliment, trebuie avut in vedere preparatul brut, nu asociat cu diferite creme, sosuri, adaosuri: de obicei acelea sunt cele care ingrasa dramatic, asa ca ideal ar fi sa le ocolesti. T<\/span><span lang=\"FR\">u faci calculul acesta?<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"nu-te-odihnesti-destul\"><\/span><span lang=\"FR\">Nu te odihnesti destul<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"FR\">Legatura intre dieta si somn este una de aur. Somnu<\/span><span lang=\"FR\">l in sine nu slabeste (asta ar fi chiar genial, nu?) <\/span>dar odihna suficienta te va ajuta sa ai rezultate mai bune cam la orice ti-ai putea propune, deci si la efortul de a pierde kilogramele in plus. Iti spunem imediat si de ce se intampla acest lucru.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nSpecialistii afirma ca 6 pana la 8 ore pe noapte dormite sunt obligatorii, iar intervalul 22:00-02:00 este cel mai important. Sa luam doua exemple, unul al unei persone care se culca la ora 02:00 dimineata si doarme pana la 10:00 si una care se culca la ora 22:00 si se trezeste la ora 06:00. Ambele vor dormi acelasi numar de ore, dar prima, cea care a inclus in repasosul rau intervalul recomandat, se va simti mult mai odihnita si plina de energie.<\/p>\n<p><em><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-9361\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/lipsa-de-somn-728x486.jpg\" alt=\"lipsa de somn\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" \/><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Or, tocmai energia iti lipseste de multe ori cand te confrunti cu o dieta. Starea de oboseala nu te va ajuta sa lupti cu kilogramele in plus, tentatiile vor fi mult mai greu de infruntat, dat fiind ca organismul tau deja este stresat de lipsa de odihna. Nu doar vointa este afectata, ci si metabolismul. Corpul incearca sa compenseze ceea ce nu primeste prin somn, eventual sa caute resurse de energie suplimentara. Si ghici de unde le ia? Din mancare, evident, asa ca o va cere mai abitir decat in mod normal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Exista 2 hormoni implicati in aceasta relatie dintre somn si greutate: <em>grelina<\/em> si <em>leptina<\/em>. Ei sunt cei care ajuta sau ne <em>faulteaza<\/em> dieta. Grelina este hormonul foamei, cel care ne indica faptul ca a venit timpul sa ne hranim. In momentul in care nu ne odihnim destul, grelina este secretata in cantitati mai mari in favoarea celui de-al doilea, leptina, hormonul care iti comanda sa te opresti din mancat.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"td_pull_quote td_pull_center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Daca tii dieta, dar rezultatele sunt foarte mici, gandeste-te daca nu cumva somnul poate sa fie cauza.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2 class=\"yiv3634824380MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"nu-mananci-suficient\"><\/span><span lang=\"FR\">Nu mananci suficient<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"yiv3634824380MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"FR\"><a href=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/cum-sa-slabesti-sanatos\/\">Dietele sanatoase<\/a> nu recomanda rabdatul de foame, ci mancatul putin si des.\u00a0 O masa bogata la orele serii nu inseamna acelasi lucru cu 4-5 mese mai mici, repartizate pe tot parcursul zilei, chiar daca aportul caloric total pentru 24 de ore este acelasi. Un corp care va primi mancare numai o data pe zi, va avea tendinta de a stoca totul, speriat ca urmatoarea masa este cine stie cand, iar metabolismul astfel va fi incetinit. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv3634824380MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"FR\">In schimb, daca iti inveti corpul cu mese dese, el va sti poate sa proceseze linistit, nu il pandeste pericolul de a ramane\u00a0 infometat, asa ca, imediat dupa masa, se va apuca de treaba constiincios si caloriile pe care le-a primit nu se vor transforma in depozite de grasime pe burta, soldurile si coapsele tale. Schimbarile alimentare temporare duc la rezultate temporare. <span lang=\"FR\">O dieta sanatoasa este mai mult decat un sir de reguli de respectat, reprezinta o batalie incrancenata cu tine insati, cu proastele obiceiuri dezvoltate de-a lungul unei vaste perioade. In acelasi timp vorbim despre un exercitiu de sinceritate: sa nu te pacalesti singura, sa fii cel mai corect si mai vigilent paznic al\u2026 gurii si poftelor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nu este nimic mai frustrant decat sa iti impui niste restrictii si sa nu vezi rezultate. Slabitul sta, de multe ori, in mijlocul unui cerc vicios: orice om actioneaza condus de motivatie, iar motivatia se consolideaza pe masura ce vezi rezultatele eforturilor. Cand ele nu apar, ai doua alternative: fie abandonezi, descurajata (<em>De ce sa ma mai chinui daca tot nu se vede nimic?<\/em>), fie analizezi cu atentie cauzele.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O parte importanta dintre cei care pornesc lupta impotriva kilogramelor in plus aleg prima varianta, din pacate, ignorand un principiu, pe cat de simplu, pe atat de adevarat: totul, dar absolut totul in univers se intampla dupa legea cauza-efect. Nu este posibil sa nu slabesti pur si simplu, desi faci totul ca la carte. Exista o cauza intotdeauna. Atunci cand ea nu este data de afectiuni endocrinologice, asa cum discutam anterior, nu mai raman multe variante: fie undeva faci o greseala, fie oricat de putin ai manca, tot mananci mai mult decat consumi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Greseala multora este ca se pacalesc singuri: <em>Numai o prajitura, cat poate sa ingrase o prajitura?<\/em> sau <em>Nu am mancat decat salata, cat poate sa ingrase o salata?<\/em> Mult, daca este scaldata temeinic in ulei sau insotita de sosuri pline de calorii. Sau uiti ca intre mesele principale (e drept, sarace in calorii) ai suplimentat meniul cu rontaieli mai consistente decat mesele propriu-zise.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"te-alimentezi-cu-mai-multe-calorii-decat-consumi\"><\/span>Te alimentezi cu mai multe calorii decat consumi<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Slabitul are un principiu simplu: scazi in greutate daca <em>arzi<\/em> mai multe calorii decat iti asiguri prin alimentatie. Specialistii in nutritie au stabilit un numar de calorii (estimativ) pentru pastrarea unei greutati normale: aproximativ 2.000 de calorii pe zi pentru femei si 2.500 de calorii pentru barbati. Totusi, aceste cifre au fost fixate ca un cadru general, ele putand sa varieze dupa anumiti factori, asa cum vedem imediat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-9360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/fructe-mic-dejun-676x486.jpg\" alt=\"fructe mic dejun\" width=\"640\" height=\"460\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/fructe-mic-dejun-676x486.jpg 676w, https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/fructe-mic-dejun-324x233.jpg 324w, https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/fructe-mic-dejun.jpg 695w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Sa lucrezi de acasa, din fata calaculatorului si singura urma de miscare pe care o faci zilnic este intre tastatura si mouse nu e acelasi lucru cu a lucra, in constructii, de exemplu, unde efortul fizic este sustinut si se intinde pe o perioada de cel putin 8 ore pe zi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Necesarul caloric al unei persone variaza in functie de sex, varsta, ocupatie, stare de sanatate si constitutie, asadar acesta este primul calcul pe care trebuie sa il faci ca sa afli exact care este cifra sub care trebuie sa scazi aportul de calorii daca vrei sa slabesti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Totusi, ca sa incheiem tot cu cifre, FAO (Organizatia de Alimentatie si Agricultura a Natiunilor Unite) a stabilit ca un adult nu\u00a0 ar trebui sa consume mai putin de 1.800 calorii pe zi daca doreste sa isi mentina greutatea constanta si sanatatea in buna regula, indiferent de ce tip de activitate ar intreprinde zilnic.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asadar, spune-mi, acum ti-ai dat seama de ce nu reusesti sa slabesti?
