Printre lucrurile care ne fac placere nu se numara intotdeauna si miscarea. Pentru unii dintre noi lipsa de motivatie este cauzata de faptul ca pur si simplu nu ne simtim pregatiti sa incepem sa fim mai activi din punct de vedere fizic. Ati observat unde sunt parcate majoritatea masinilor la supermarket? Cat mai aproape de intrare. De ce facem asta? Ca sa nu fim nevoiti sa mergem foarte mult pe jos. Unii chiar isi fac propriul loc de parcare acolo unde nu exista, pentru a nu fi nevoiti sa parcheze prea departe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oamenii sunt facuti sa se miste. La numai sase saptamani de la momentul in care o viata incepe sa se formeze, apar si miscarile. Miscarea corpului este esentiala pentru o dezvoltare armonioasa. Copiii au nevoie de exercitiu fizic pentru a-si intari organismul, a-\u00adsi dezvolta echilibrul si a avea oase puternice. Daca atunci cand suntem mici ne formam o structura osoasa rezistenta, acest lucru ne va ajuta pe masura ce inaintam in varsta si incepem sa ne pierdem din densitatea tesutului osos. Trebuie sa ne incurajam copiii sa isi doreasca sa fie activi si cea mai buna modalitate de a face asta este prin exemplul propriu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Persoanele care aleg un stil de viata activ, aleg, de fapt, o multitudine de beneficii. Multe studii efectuate in acest sens pun accentul pe avantajele sale. Exercitiile fizice moderate precum mersul rapid pe jos sunt asociate cu un risc mai mic cu pana la 70% de deces prematur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Trebuie sa alegem sa traim mai activ. Trebuie sa incepem sa alegem acel loc de parcare care este mai departe de intrarea in supermarket pentru a putea beneficia de avantajele mersului pe jos. Si hai sa ne gandim impreuna: ce alte moduri de a face mai multa miscare puteti sa alegeti in fiecare zi?<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"td_quote_box td_box_center\">\n<h5><strong>&#8222;Ai grija de corpul tau. Este singurul loc in care va trebui sa traiesti.&#8221;<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong>Jim Rohn<\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>ALEGERI CU PRIVIRE LA STILUL DE VIATA<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un stil de viata activ este benefic pentru toata lumea, indiferent de starea de\u00a0sanatate, varsta sau sex. Atunci cand decidem sa fim mai activi, trebuie sa ne propunem sa atingem un obiectiv realist. Daca incepem cu ceva foarte greu, ne\u00a0vom simti obositi, extenuati si vom renunta usor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Incepeti treptat si deveniti din ce in ce mai activi cu timpul. Ganditi\u2010va la cat timp stati pe scaun pe parcursul zilei si veti incepe sa va dati seama care este momentul in care corpul simte nevoia sa faca putina miscare. Chiar si persoanele care fac sport in mod regulat, dar care petrec ore in sir pe scaun au un risc de deces prematur mai mare decat cei care fac sport in mod regulat si sunt activi la anumite intervale in timpul zilei. Asadar, o data pe ora ridicati-va de pe scaun si miscati-va timp de cateva minute. Alegeti exercitii pe care puteti sa le faceti, unele simple. Daca nu vreti\/puteti sa mergeti pe jos sau sa alergati, mergeti cu bicicleta sau inotati. Este important sa includeti in aceasta rutina atat exercitii aerobice care sa va faca sa respirati mai adanc, cat si exercitii pentru intarirea muschilor. De exemplu, gradinaritul este un excercitiu bun pentru rezistenta.
