Miscarea intareste oasele si musculatura, ajuta la fixarea calciului, favorizeaza oxigenarea tuturor celulelor organismului, ajuta la controlul hipertensiunii, usureaza odihna, normalizeaza transpiratia si favorizeaza eliminarea toxinelor. In plus, ajuta la arderea caloriilor, deci contribuie astfel la mentinerea greutatii ideale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ceea ce putini stiu insa, este faptul ca, datorita sportului, se mai intampla inca un lucru extrem de interesant in organism. Interesant si, in acelasi timp, benefic pentru tine, cel care tii dieta si poate te simti deprimat initial de faptul ca ti-ai impus atatea restrictii, in comparatie cu modul de viata cu care erai obisnuit: se elibereaza endorfine in corp, adica <em>hormonii fericirii, <\/em>cei reponsabili cu starea de bine. Practic, facand miscare te vei simti mai fericit, iar persoanele fericite sunt mai puternice si motivate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dupa publicarea primelor articole din <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/ghid-de-slabit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Ghidul de slabit<\/strong><\/a>, am primit multe mesaje, pareri, intrebari si impresii de la cititori. Am ales sa le raspundem in acest mod, printr-o serie de postari pe blog, pentru ca intrebarile respective pot fi si ale tale.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Eu nu am cand sa fac sport! Lucrez toata ziua si nu am nici timp si nici bani sa ma duc la sala!<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Miscarea nu inseamna sala. Exercitii se pot face si acasa, si in parc, iar acestea nu te costa nimic. Poti face miscari de gimanstica in timp ce te uiti la televizor sau citesti o carte. Exista joggingul (sau chiar alergatul cu cainele), mersul pe role, urcatul scarilor sau dansul. Dansul, pe care il poti practica in intimitatea apartamentului tau, e si distractiv si sanatos. Nu stii sa te misti, nu simti ritmul muzicii? Si ce daca? Cand vorbim despre sport in dieta, ne gandim aproape automat la un abonament la sala sau la o tura de lac alergata in parc. Da, se poate ajunge si acolo (si nu e rau deloc <strong>sa ajungi<\/strong>, dar nu intodeauna e bine <strong>sa pornesti<\/strong> cu asta).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cand ai multe kilograme in plus si simplul mers devine dificil. Atunci cand o persoana are multe kilograme in plus, inima sa este silita sa pompeze intr-un munte de grasime si insusi efortul de a merge este mare, asa incat principalul beneficiu pe care i l-ar putea aduce un abonament la sala ar fi ca miscarea s-ar face sub supraveghere si dupa indicatiile unui specialist, in speta antrenor personal (care costa). \u00a0Un alt beneficiu\u00a0 este sustinerea morala pe care o gasesti\u00a0 in momentul in care vezi alte pesoane grase\/plinute care depun acelasi efort pe care il depui si tu. Faptul ca nu esti singur iti da un impuls, te ajuta sa mergi mai departe, te simti incurajat, ajutat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Totusi, tipul de miscare pe care l-ar practica la sala nu ar fi cu mult diferita de cea pe care, absolut gratis, o poate face acasa. Despre alergat ce sa va mai spun, cand ai obezitate de grad IV, de exemplu, alergatul pe o distanta de mai mult de 200 de metri este aproape un vis imposibil. Cum ma apuc de sport daca sunt prea gras, asadar? In doua feluri: fie faci miscare cu moderatie, supravegheat de un specialist, fie, si mai bine, imbini placutul cu utilul si te apuci, in prima faza, de singurul sport pe care il poti practica complet nesupravegheat, fara nici un fel de indicatii, care nu iti face rau momentan si nici nu costanimic: mersul pe jos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Atentie insa: mersul pe jos care conteaza si care arde calorii se face in pas alert, nu alene. Nu vei parcurge din prima zi kilometri intregi, ci vei mari treptat distanta parcursa. Limita o impui tu: atunci cand simti ca ai obosit. Incearca sa faci din miscare o distractie, o modalitate de a petrece timpul alaturi de partenerul de viata si ea va deveni o placere.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Daca ai si tu intrebari despre slabirea sanatoasa, ni le poti adresa sub forma unui comentariu la oricare dintre articolele de pe blog din categoria <strong>Ghidul de slabit<\/strong>, iar noi iti vom raspunde pe larg, dupa ce ne vom consulta in prealabil cu specialistii nutritionisti cu care colaboram.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nu cred ca exista cineva care sa nu cunoasca faptul ca miscarea si dieta echilibrata sunt ingredientele esentiale pentru o stare buna de sanatate.
